Not really, most of them had snorkel kits on, and probably live in the area and go through there every day so put the snorkel kits on, the impressive ones are the standard toyotas that go through without snorkel kits on, and don't need jump starting every morning like the land rovers, lol

@@oliverburgess1036 back in Portugal we have loads of BJs and VJs but here in the UK off course Land Rover will be the ones we see more.

Well that's what happens when the engine air intake seems to be lower than the tyres lol
@@CharlieFlemingOriginal the intake inlet is about headlight level. The problem is all the Sprinter drivers seem to think you have to go full speed through a ford... nice and slow and many of them would have made it.
Sprinters just die as soon they smell water haha
There are none left
I checked on my sprinter , it comes out and goes down behind the front grille , removing that one piece of pipe would give you another 6 inches of wading depth
that last one just saw a free car wash opportunity lol
I feel cheated watching this one, no Sprinters, Transporters or Vivaros trying their best to fail...
They're all knackered already.

Looks like it's because he's cut some of the wing off to fit the bigger wheels. The part that attaches to the front looks missing.
It turned the wing into an actual wing!

If they still have there viscous fan on the water flys everywhere! Generally we fit Ford mondeo twin electric fans on a switch in the cab to turn it off when your in water to save it spraying everywhere!

Agreed. Having spent years in Aus, NZ and SA - toyota land cruisers are way to go. I do like Landrover Defenders but why are the owners always so cringe. Jacked up, straight piped look at me!!! Please!!! Mines bigger than yours!!!

@@steveluckhurst2350 Not really luck, Land Rover products have the air intake mounted at the rear of the engine on the front guard so it’s very difficult to hydrolock them even if you’re not an experienced driver.

My point is that it's still best to use a good technique for wading.
@@steveluckhurst2350 they might do? Although in fairness many won’t. The ‘real’ 4x4 guys certainly didn’t have the right wading technique either and they would know better!
