ONION PUREE - 1 ONION
TOMATO PUREE - 4 TOMATOES
GINGER GARLIC PASTE - 2 TBS
GREEN CHILLI CRUSHED - 1 TBS
CILANTRO - ¼ BUNCH
MINT - ½ BUNCH
SALT - 2 TS (AS NEEDED)
GINGER - 1"
KASHMIRI CHILI POWDER - 1 TBS
TURMERIC POWDER - 1 TS
CORIANDER POWDER - 1 TBS
GARAM MASALA POWDER - 1 TS
YOGURT - 2 TBS
HOT CHILLI POWDER - 1 TS
GRAM FLOUR - 2 TBS
KASURI METHI - ½ TS
OIL - ½ CUP (AS NEEDED)
WHOLE SPICES
CINNAMON STICK - ½ INCH
CLOVES - 4
BLACK CARDAMOM - 1
MACE - A SMALL PIECE
