It was ridiculous for him to do that given that the language was more out of joy than malice. NBC can't be taken seriously as the home of hockey in the U.S. if they continue to treat the sport with respect as evidenced by not sticking with the entire Cup celebration.

This whole Blues season reminds me of when the Penguins won in 2016. Both teams fired their coach halfway into the season, and had a rookie goalie steal the show.

With all the dirty hits and the bad officiating, the fact these teams could still shake hands at the end of the series is incredible. Hockey is a wonderful sport.

My brother, fiancé and I sat in Busch stadium in the rain and enjoyed every second! What a game! What a series! What a season! Memories we will never forget! And might I mention how incredible it is that the Cardinals opened their stadium for the Blues watch party. The cooperation between the two Franchises has been amazing.

My grandmother (mom's mom) was born in St. Louis after my great grandfather immigrated from Greece to Ellis Island and was then sent to St. Louis to help build the RR. My father also used to live in St. Louis with both his sister's when he was a bachelor. He later moved to NY for a better career opportunity. I grew up in NY and am a huge Islanders fan which I wouldn't give up for anything, but today is a special day for my family; aunt's, cousins, a nephew, this BUDS 4 U!!! Congrats you guys, and God rest my Uncle Nick, grandmother, and great grandfather's souls, your St. Louis Blues have finally captured the Stanley Cup. I remember the Hull and Oates error. I admit I was wrong, I thought Bruins would win in 5; very sloppy in there own end all series. Great job Shannon 👍

I have an immense amount of respect for what you’ve done through those. You’ve been blunt and honest. You’ve told the stories other sources either ignore or don’t pay attention to or don’t see. Cheers Hockey Guy. I'm a huge Hasek fan. My biggest let down was a former Blues skate in the crease. So this is a monumental win and moment. I think a bigger story than last years VGK run.

I didn't say anything about Marchand or one word about him... I actually felt sorry for the Rat... When he was crying I could feel his pain... He played his guts out I give him props for that, losing Sucks...

Seeing Marchand almost crying at the end felt so good. As a Canucks fan that brought so much joy to me, and I love seeing the Bruins get fucked up. I’m sure you don’t need to be a Nucks fan to love seeing Marchand in tears
