What size are the bores, were they opened up yet or is it put together whatever was laying around when whoever put that together? If you had some sort of vertical mill I could walk you through how to prep 4 bolt splayed caps for that block to skip the align bore and make it ready to align hone. Then you can go crazy with it and make some huge power!?
