i believe the wrist tendinitis and swelling i am experiencing originates from trigger points in the arm pit as well as by the back shoulder blade. a therapist found some painful points by the shoulder blade on the spine side and when i went home my hand which can not make a fist for 3 months... freed up considerable. However, it latest only 5-6 hrs. This top of the wrist inflammation happened to this full time computer typist, me, about 4 yrs ago. At one point the therapists taped my shoulders to allow for proper posture. the inflammation in my wrist went away. this time is worse with the pinkie and ring finger turning a tinge of blue at times and shiny. the ring finger is a trigger finger as well. Have you heard of wrist inflammation due to theses points? i read in the Davies Trigger Point of some correlations. thank you. wonderful videos.
