    Just watched this video, the levator scapulae, and trapezius videos... I have been going to Physical Therapy and the Chiropractor. I feel like these 3 videos make what I feel, and what they have been saying to me, 100% clear! The referral pains, trigger points they have been working... all of it! YOU ARE AMAZING!!!

    I had a major specialized clinic In Durham told me that particular region doesn't cause pain down the arm and at that point I wanted to walk out. Thank you for explaining this so clearly.

    It feels as though this area on my shoulder gets down. So it’s making the front of my shoulder feel weird. Then I have these tightness in my neck. Hopefully this works for me.
    Just like you mentioned my forearm feels weird as well. It’s kind of painful sometimes.
