Just watched this video, the levator scapulae, and trapezius videos... I have been going to Physical Therapy and the Chiropractor. I feel like these 3 videos make what I feel, and what they have been saying to me, 100% clear! The referral pains, trigger points they have been working... all of it! YOU ARE AMAZING!!!
Great demonstration drawing the muscle on the body so we can see exactly whats going on. Thank you!!
Hello Matthew and thank you for your feedback 🙏
I had a major specialized clinic In Durham told me that particular region doesn't cause pain down the arm and at that point I wanted to walk out. Thank you for explaining this so clearly.
We're glad our explanation helped! 💪
Excellent demonstration.
Thank you!

Awesome tutorial was just wondering about the cool treatment I thought the ice was not as effective as once believed?
So cool. Love how you show the stretches after work. It might be helpful to some to show how TPs cause restriction ROM external/internal rotation of shoulder demo

Hi what you call this blue cold pack i want to buy it please
Did.t understand the stretches as i couldn't see them!
Yes it hurts
It feels as though this area on my shoulder gets down. So it’s making the front of my shoulder feel weird. Then I have these tightness in my neck. Hopefully this works for me.
Just like you mentioned my forearm feels weird as well. It’s kind of painful sometimes.
Sorry to hear about the shoulder and neck tightness, and the forearm discomfort you mentioned. We hope some of our Trigger Point techniques can offer some relief. Do consider a healthcare professional's advice for persistent pain. Wishing you a smoother recovery! 💪
Pizza!!!😄
