Emma you should design a hoody or top that says "Just throwing it out there" in your merch if you have not already lol â€ïž
I would buy it đđâ„ïžâ„ïžâ„ïž
@@vikyharford1 me too... Or another top saying "so all the evidence was against the defendant and they knew they were bang to rights so they admitted everything and came clean.... No they didn't" đ I love it when Emma does that
Or sliding door moment xx
Iâd buy it!;)
I mentioned this too but, I Digress hahaha xxx
I'm an RN, and we would definitely ask the patient for as much information as they are able to communicate to us!! Doing so, also gives the nurses an idea of the patients mental status. If they can answer yes and no questions correctly, we know that at that point in time they are coherent. Getting as many details of what's happened helps first responders better care for the patient. Not to mention, first responders on the scene need to keep themselves safe as well. Thank goodness this paramedic asked those questions!! Such a horrific crime. đâ€ïž
Wish my mother was as clued up as you. You provided your kids with safe secure environment to grow up this type of love is priceless đž
This †itâs obvious from most videos but if youâve been watching for quite a few videos or more, youâll know what a brilliant and understanding person like Emma is for all different types of people - especially kids and young people
The level of denial in this poor woman is astounding and just heartbreaking. This case is just unbelievable!
Aside from Emmaâs consistently amazing content, can we all appreciate how gorgeous she is for a minute? Love your channel, and when you pop up in other true crime docs đ
Yes, I love her hair on this particular one.
She's what we would a good looking bird so yes she's certainly gorgeous and always puts across the story of the accused and victims perfectly.
I always do. I wish I was as gorgeous as she is !
Yeppers, indeed! Looking good, Em and I adore that color green on you!
So sick of the completely irrelevant commentary on perceived attractiveness (or otherwise) in every single avenue of life. People are not all about appearances .
Iâve heard this story on multiple occasions, and it continues to astound me on so many levels. Beginning with Peter getting up and going about his morning as he would any other day, unaware of the injuries heâd suffered until he passed away from blood loss (fascinating how the brain works) to the utter denial of Joan Porco to the fact that her son Christopher did this to them (in spite of the fact that she said it WAS him when she was discovered). I suppose her mind is just incapable of accepting the reality that her own son did this. AGAIN, the brain is FASCINATING in how it functions, for all sorts of reasons. I guess she just doesnât want to allow herself to accept the fact that he did it, as sheâs been through something as bad as anything one could possibly go through, and perhaps INCAPABLE of wrapping her mind around it at all.
So long as Christopher remains behind bars, I guess it does no harm in general for her to live in denial. She obviously finds purpose in fighting for his freedom (which will never happen). Itâs truly a sad case, and I wish the best for Joan and the eldest brother (my apologies for not remembering his name). As for Christopher, God knows the truth, and you WILL be confronted about it on your day of judgement. Till then, rot in your cell. The only one you are fooling is your innocent mother, victimizing her all over again. He is as Evil as they come.
Thanks for covering this case Emma. You always make ALL cases so interesting, even oneâs weâve heard before.
BTW - LOVE your look today! Your hair and jumper look great! Thanks for all you do to share these stories on such a consistent basis. Youâre ABSOLUTELY one of my FAVES! Cheers! â€â€â€
I very much agree with this comment but thereâs also a part of me that is so disappointed and saddened to see that after her miraculous survival, Joan is actively wasting her âsecond chanceâ in denial and fighting for the freedom of the very man who attacked her. Still, Iâm sure itâs too painful to accept her son having done this. I hope that sheâs able to find peace
I feel so bad for the mom. She doesnât wanna believe that her child turned out to be such a terrible human. I canât imagine the cognitive dissonance. Many would feel like they failed as a parent. I canât imagine the pain.
I feel also for the other son who distanced himself and against overwhelming evidence his mother still sticks by the younger son. Older Son must feel he's lost both parents.
Also I didn't know Peter bad tried to dial 911 while he was injured. That makes it all the more sad as it shows he had a moment of some sort of awareness. I also watched something that said he attempted to clean himself up as bloody tissues were found in the sinkđą how could you do that to your parents!
Emma Iâm in a parking lot waiting on someone and when you said coming to the US I screamed - I donât think anyone seas around to see that moment unfold for me đ đâ€ïž
I had forgotten about this case. I learned about it whilst living in America. When you started to speak I remembered and my first thought was for the father who got up, stumbled about and tried to make his lunch for work. I was hoping you would mention this because it broke my heart at the time and always stuck with me. Everything you spoke of was spot on to what I remember but there was one more addition that I did not think about. The affect on the good brother left in the background! I hope he saw this, you were a voice for him too. Thank you Emma xx
I had that same reaction when I first read the part about the father; it really stuck with me and was extremely upsetting. Just so sad that he was able to essentially function in a zombie state until he bled out, walking around the house doing his morning routine but unable to help himself by actually placing the call to 911
I hate when people blame the mother in this case. None of us can comprehend the unimaginable physical and psychological trauma she had to survive. If that's her way to cope, who are we to judge.
Great video as always!
That email his dad sent is so heartbreaking. What lovely parents this monster hadđą his dad was obviously upset with his actions but was still willing to help him and get him back on track and made sure to let him know that he was still loved and cared for by his parents, poor poor people xx
Should have stopped his kid in any way possible the moment he realized he was lying. Doesnât matter how much you love and like your kid, you stop bad lying manipulative and thieving behaviors. When it goes this far itâs because you donât want to face the truth or have others see what a rotten child you have. But you have to draw the line immediately and let them as an individual face the consequences or it can end badly sometimes to this horrifying outcome.
I do wonder if the mother's decision was partly impacted by potentially brain damage from her injuries and of course from denial
Joan Porco's picture haunts me. It's horrifying as you can see the scars on her face, showing where she was struck with the axe. I can't imagine what she went through, nobody deserves that.
You ended this case so beautifully and profoundly. I just adore your mind and insights. Thank you
I watched his trial. He was very arrogant. His mother's testimony was heartbreaking.
Apparently when he first got up, the Dad, there were signs he tried to clean up his own blood aswell. Heartbreaking
Just watched this on Danielle Kirsty the other day, love to hear two different takes on this. Fascinating as my brother can do no wrong in my mums eyes even though his behaviour just keeps getting worse. I can relate to the cognitive dissonance and the unhealthy codependence aspects of this story.
Other half is waiting for england match to kick off, I'm sat here waiting for Emma! đ
đđđâ€ïžđ
One of those cases that astounds and horrifies me.
How the father kept going about his routine and, the cognitive dissonance of the mother.
I dont know if shes in complete denial or is just trying to survive by supporting him because, she fears he will try again and succeed.
Very upsetting story but you definitely did it justice. Well done Emma. Just throwing it out there I think you should look into doing a video on Ian Watkins the lost-prophets singer thatâs a very interesting case!
For so many reasons, this case has always remained the most powerful true crime story I've ever heard. It has stayed with me since the first time I heard it. Absolutely heartbreaking
I'm there as your intro played, saying what day is it what day is it???? Then calmed as I realised it definitely wasn't Wednesday but likely Sunday. Thank you Emma. Always appreciate you for so many reasons xxxx
I will never forget getting that phone call that my twin brother 35 ended his lifeâŠ. i was crying and shouting no this can not be.. also when my dad died.. What a sad sad case rip
I feel so bad for Joan, seeing her injuries is so sad and the fact she stands by her son. I feel she knows deep down he's responsible but sometimes we can't admit things even to ourselves. I remember feeling really disturbed hearing about Peter going about his normal routine with his injuries, such a shame. Christopher is a horrible horrible person.
My heart really breaks for the mother. I can't imagine what's going on in that poor woman's mind
How are you so damn hilarious yet still respectful to these serious cases? Simply the best !
Emma looks beautiful in this shade of green â€ïž
â„ïžâ„ïžShe doesn't even realise how beautiful she is, I love that about Emma x
Hello Emma, I was not sure how to ask, but would you please do an video on the tragic story of Gabriel Fernandez, Is there a specific way to request a deep dive into crime.
Thank you so much!
#Emma I hope you will do a video on Chandler Halderson. The levels he went through to get away with all of his lies & the way he got rid of his parents remains was beyond sick & twisted. Sheer evilness a psychopath IMO
The man in this video actually made me think of Chandler. What a truly horrifying case that wasâŠ
I never realized how similar these two cases were...
@@melissam597 Omg yes!!! Both are a pair of monster!!! Oh let's not forget about Joel Guy Jr. The sick levels all 3 of them went through to get rid of their parents is beyond belief. How disgusting self entitled all 3 believed themselves too be. They would rather commit murder get life in prison then go out there work & support themselves like the rest of us đ„șđ„ș smh
@@lisamh9037 Very similar!!!! Both were compulsive liars. Both had loving parents that only wanted the best for them. But Chandler Halderson case was beyond sadistic. What he did to his parents bodies is something straight out of a horror movie.
@@sdafc888 Yes it's been done several times but not by Emma. I just like her take & style on the way she does her videos then most true crime channels. She probably won't get around to doing a video on him for a long time. I'm pretty sure she has a lot more cases before she will even consider doing a deep dive on Chandler Halderson but I would still would love for her & brother to cover it one day đŻ
Emma you are lovely!! Have you heard of the James Aune case. The only time Iâve seen it covered was in Web of Lies. I knew the social media/the internet was a place where horrible things could happen, but this was so horrific. He was a 59 year old professor at Texas A&M who was a husband and father of two. He was black mailed via social media so badly that he ended up taking his own life. I think you would cover this story brilliantly!! đâ€
He deserved some of the parents, from other stories...you know what I mean. He has NO excuses. My heaĆt hurts for his mamma, i hope she never remembers again at this point
Emma, your countenance shows that beauty comes from the heart and shines via our face and eyes. You look stunning tonight and 15 years younger than your usual 25. Love ya Annie Brown
Your going to be fab touring the USA , congratulations you deserve all the success your getting xxx
I think you completely nailed it by saying what you said about his mother and his brother's relationship regarding Porco's actions. Very profound words there.
I LOVE your jumper..where did you find that? It's so cool!
Great story Emma compassionately told as always. What a mother but oh boy what a son, told fibs to my folks bur geez this guy takes the biscuit. His poor mother still believes him and his poor brother who just justice for dad, RIP.
Also for merch design may I suggest âDonâT Do Crimeâ or âDonât Do Crime At Allâ I would buy those in a second. Love your fantastic style! â€
Love your videos, keep up the good work! As always, I recommend a case from South Africa. We arent one of the top dangerous countries for nothing. The serial killers here are...another breed.
Your description of what happened to the father, the fact he got up and went about his morning routine reminded me of an episode of CSI! So bizarre.
I feel sorry for Joan, love can often override everything, an given the level of her head injury I'm wondering if that is also playing in her refusal to believe her son could have done this. Such an horrific tragedy to do this to such loving and giving parents!
I think Mrs. Parco is a very loving mother but I think if she hadn't suffered such a traumatic head wound herself she wouldn't still be in such denial. I keep praying that someday her brain will remember something of what happened to her that night.
I knew the case well, but didnât know he spoke with a financial advisor!! Great work!! Wish we could hear mom and brotherâs sideâŠ
Thanks em. Stay safe everyone, wherever you are.
Man what I would've given for parents like his, which makes him so much worse to me
Another corker Emma. Thank you. The đ€Ž of true crime narration and psychology . â€ïžâ€ïž
HI EMMA IM WATCHING THIS ON THE WAY HOME FROM WORK ON THE BUS
Hope you had earphones in.. The intro music would wake the dead đđđ
Very interesting EM all way from Ireland đźđȘ
Hoodie slogan đ âsaid, no one ever!â
âSaid no one, ever!â
I adore the side-part on you. It really suits you! beautiful!
Thank you Emma. You have become one of my favorite CZcamsrs. I love how you give so much respect to the victims and their families. I love that although I have seen a case done already by someone else, I always learn something new that I didnât know. I love how every Wednesday and Sunday I know Iâm getting a very well researched case. I love your personality and your humor. I also love your sarcasmâŠ..priceless. You are awesome. I just wanted to give you a huge thank you for all that you do!
Ohhhh side parting, very nice Em đđŒđâ€ïž xx
Hi from Scotland Emma I'm new to your channel and I'm rivited by the true crime podcasts you do ,some horrific, sad but very informative, big fan of your channel đ
Emma, you are fantastic! Luv how u present these abhorrent murderers with a little bit of sarcastic humour thrown in for a little light relief. Agree with many other comments that green earthy tones highlight your lovely auburn/golden hair, skin tone and amazing brown eyes. Hope your husband is on pay roll? đ Keep doing what is doing. Donna
Long time watcher but never made a live before. Hi Emma and everyone xx
Can you please do the Anastasi murders?it's a crazy case in Maryland about a wife who kills her husband because he had his mistress living in their basement
Thank You for covering this case Emma đ„°
Excellent as ever throughly enjoyed tonight's as I've been at work all night so I've been paid to watch and listen to another brilliant story, Parco is so lucky how his mother has stood by him he doesn't deserve her love but she obviously thinks he does .
Evening Emma⊠Cats are ready ⊠Hubby ready ⊠so am I ⊠off we go đâ€ïžâŠ not familiar with this case ⊠we are all ears đœ

How are these kids made or are they born like it. If kids show signs how do you change it or is it impossible.
I was hoping you would get to this story! I'll be in the UK with my son and his partner next year, hopefully we can see you!
This is a fascinating story, well told as usual Emma x đ
I just love watching your channel you are the greatest ever. You can tell how much you love and care what you do.please keep up the great work. I never miss your cases. You are one strong lady because I would be crying just trying to do what you do. Love you Emma take care my dear friendđ„°đ„°đ„°
great to see you again Emma!

ZACHARY KOEHN & CHEYANNE HARRIS

I can totally see you do a deep dive on this oneđ„°
OH I Remember this case
Great one Emma ..Hair looks fabulous my darling..
best sponsored ad đ€Ł
You are so animated I love it I can watch you talk about anything the stock market the weather
@emma Kenny thank you for this case, as for the mother she will never accept the fact her son did it, i really can't answer you if I was the parent what I will do
I lied to my parents about my grades in college. A lot, and for a while. It's still my biggest shame, and I wouldn't be surprised if I ruined their trust in me. I had to live at home for a while and go to a lot of therapy, but I'm thankful that's how my parents reacted.
In the end, I graduated with a 4 year degree in 4.5 years, so overall, not too much time lost. But the deceiving them was the worst feeling. I still feel guilt
Gorgeous woman, insanely smart, fantastic content creator and the humour? Iâm sold, Iâm in love đ Iâve been binging these videos no joke Iâm hooked đâ€
I think he went to that "special school of stupid" you mentioned in one upload. I can't recall which one but it cracked me up no end, possibly the amount of sarcasm with which it was said and I like sarcasm. đ
Thanks for the new video..
I am not very familiar with this case.
Have a great day Emma
Fell behind on videos so I have 2 to watch yay that's my day sorted know the beautiful grand daughters going home , this is so scary why do kids feel the need to do this to their parents đ it's so heart breaking n then for her to not remember once she wakes so stands by her son đ thanks Emma x
This case is horrific. I can't imagine ever hurting my parents in any way. And these types of cases always remind me of something that happened in my hometown. Emma, please cover the case of Parker Chamberlin! I would love to hear your thoughts on it, especially his recent release from prison.
Love your hair! Looks so shiny and healthy â€â€
Great video, Iâve seen a few on this case but as always Emma adds new insight and information, thank you!!⊠and a thought about the mom, perhaps sheâs had something of a TBI and thatâs changed her thought process, or possibly sheâs just in denial⊠either way I feel for her and the other son
emmma just now able to watch this video. (i missed the Sunday premier; i guess one may call this my "post premier preview"?!) i am looking forward to hearing your perspective/s on this disturbing case.
I admire when u said that as a good parent yourself Em..u not quite sure u could have reacted in the same compassionate way that they did to their son.Respect for your honesty.đđđđx
Emma always looks gorgeous but this episode she looks particularly amazing, love the hair, green jumper & eye liner flick, stunning. As harrowing as her stories are, watching her makes it easier to take in. Love the content, hope to get to the Belfast show next year đ
Green is a lovely color for Emma â€ïž
I totally agree with you, absolutely stunning â€ïžâ€ïžâ€ïž
agree, And The hair oh the hair. I love it !!!
I wonder if Christopher's father was the inspiration behind making The Walking Dead... I don't mean to sound offending or crass but its how he was...unbelievably fascinating..I didn't think that was possible...also kind of like when cutting the chickens head off and they still run around.. Again im sorry if I sound weird lol..
Oh good grief know which case this is now. Read about it recently. That poor mother x
I am aware of this case. Absolutely horrific
I was just watching this case on forensic files last night lol
Thank you for being so awesome Emma! :)
It's Emma time!
This is crazy. My mom loves me, but I swear she would not do this...
Thank you Em
I saw a documentary about Peter and Joan, I found it so creepy in a way how he tried to do his normal tasks.
