  • This week on JaackMaate's Happy Hour Podcast, it's again, not much of a happy hour as the boys mull over Stephen Paddock and his motive. Paddock was the guy behind the awful Las Vegas shooting back in October 2017. Was the motive covered up? When will America take a stand?

That night will live with me forever . The sound a bullet makes when it's passing close by you and when sound it makes when it's passing by you at a further distance. Then the sound a bullet makes when it hits the ground near you sounds like a sludge hammer hitting the ground. Then the smell that comes from someone being shot Sometimes I can still think I smell when I am just sitting in a quiet room. The metallic copper smell blood has filled the air like a thick cloud you could feel it on your tongue and in your lungs. The smell of bile, shit, stomach acid, and blood that comes from a stomach wound still haunts me as much as hearing a guy who is breaking down uncontrollably while he held his wife and rocked back and fourth and the look in his eyes was the most lost look I have ever seen in a person. You see him almost in denial that his wife was shot in the head like he was in a nightmare and all he wanted to do was wake up. He was so crushed he he didn't even acknowledge he was also shot in the side. I always wounder what happened to him because just thinking about how broken he and so many other looked brings me to tears as I write this. From turning guard rails into make shift stretchers to making a tourniquet with my shirt that night felt like it all happened in slow motion but at the same time it was over in just a few blinks of the eye.

Jack! I believe the notes that were found by the weapons was actually where Paddock had projected the bullet drop from the rifles he was shooting and the distance he was shooting from. He had recorded how high he needed to shoot to actually hit his targets. I’m not sure if this is 100% true but I’m so sure this was confirmed.

Everything was covered up. If you look at the pictures of his body lying on the floor, with his arms lying neatly on both sides of his body and the pistol he shot himself in the mouth with several feet above his head, it's obvious someone layed him out AFTER he was dead. His body wouldn't fall that way and the pistol would be in front of him and not several feet above his head. And of course there was the automatic weapon standing above his foot ..... I could go on and on about things that don't make sense. Seems to me the most Likely scenario was Paddock was an FBI asset conducting an FBI gun sting that went bad and there was shooting with people dying, including Paddock.

However, in America they are labelled as shootings which is a word that compared to “massacre” almost normalises it ( not that’s normal, it’s still a tragedy) but a massacre has more impact than the word shooting and it’s weird that gun laws are letting shootings in America become more common and a normality that every week there will be a shooting while after the Dunblane massacre in the uk and the port Arthur massacre in Australia guns were banned and/or heavily restricted

A 60 something year old man no formal military training and his hit ratio was more than 50%. Some people was shot multiple times. That would make him one of the greatest Shooters of all time in history. None of those rifles in that room what shot Norr were ballistics test done to match the victim's. Another thing I wanted to note- I very rarely comment on CZcams videos or really on any other platforms where commenting is an option, regardless of content. However, I recently stumbled upon (recommended feed, I believe) another segment of this podcast where the Watts’ family murder case was discussed. Now I’m no podcast connoisseur, so I might not have the most informed view of the status quo, but just in that segment (probably about the same length, approx. 20 mins) there were so many stated inaccuracies that anyone with even cursory knowledge of the facts of the case would identify right away. Not a huge deal, and reasonable people should know to do their own research or should try to do what they can to fact check information received from secondhand sources at minimum, but I mean this reminded me of some messed up version of the telephone game, or at least that’s what I’m assuming happened which led to a broad understanding of the major themes of the case but so many references to facts or evidence that just didn’t quite hit the nail on the head, at best, and were flat out incorrect at worst. But again, I watch mostly flushed out, edited, scripted, methodically directed videos on CZcams and so maybe podcasts are meant to be broadcast with little to no research done before hand, to maybe seem more relatable to the viewer who’s stumbled upon the video/audio having not done much research beforehand either.

Suicidal and insane. Also you say he didn't have mental health problems but from what I can recall he was medicated in some way. These are not civilians who don't have a clue, rather battle hardened vets. Then the fact that ISIS took responsibility and have never one time in the past taken responsibility for something they haven't done. Then there were all the police talking over radio who said they were being shot at from places in excess of a half mile from the Mandalay....this was over recorded radio transmissions. But now all this has been removed from youtube.
Then these idiots say that the guy did this because he was fed up with "shit gun laws " and did this to force gun laws to tighten. That's absurd. There is also the fact that his plane that he owned was traced to the CIA. It is now owned by the government...what a coincidence ya think? My battery is dying. I'll come back and edit more to this.

I'll say whatever the hell I choose to say ma'am. This country is still posing as free, the last time I checked! There was clearly more than one shooter. I saw one video that has since disappeared which showed two men dressed as police shooting into the crowd. If they weren't shooting at regular people what were they shooting at? It's either they were firing at shooters on the ground or they were disguised and shooting at concert goers. But there was never anything about it in the reports. I could go on and on, but you probably don't care about the truth...just keep swallowing the crap they feed you!

AR15's are probably the most widely used rifle for hunting in the US, they are lower recoil than a bolt action of the same calibre and a lot of the time you want to be able to have a quick follow up shot to make sure the animal is dispatched humanely. They use them out the side of helicopters for hog hunts in some parts of the US which helps keep down the massive amount of damage they cause every year.
