I will never forget the 2010 miracle, everyone has gone to bed except me cause everyone assumed Philly was gonna lose, and ill admit i had my doubts, but i held strong and kept watching, and im so glad i did because i had the pleasure waking everyone back up when i was jumping up and down yelling and cheering, when everyone came running out of their rooms i told them that the Eagles came back and won, they were all like no way and i said go look at the TV!!! 2010 was the best one I’d say. DeSean Jackson and Michael Vick turned around a shocking game with two sworn enemies in the NFL. It was 24-3 at half. It was 31-10 in the 4th quarter. There was a change after Miracle in the Meadowlands in the FORMATION -- that when the QB kneeled( or at that time, went down) they added a 3rd guy standing in back of the QB kinda near where a punter wud stand. Til then, that wasn't done.
Before that game, kneeling wasnt allowed.

To this day, I can't believe Tom Coughlin was more angry at his punter than with his defensive coordinator after the 2010 game.
In the 1978 game, IIRC, the Giants had kneel on the play before 'the miracle' and got upset when Bill Bergey and the middle of the defense pushed the center on top of Pisarcik. The Giants attempted a hand-off in an effort to run burn the defense. It backfired.
As a Giants fan, I could not bring myself to finish this video. I’d rather bring my dog to the vet to put her down than watch this. It would be a far, far less painful experience.

Felt so bad for that punter in 2010. Knowing the coach probably ripped a new one in him. And I say that literally given who their coach was.
His career only lasted one season, but I bet anything that play haunted his short career, possibly lost his confidence in playing after that. Matt Dodge had troubles with getting his head in the game after he got released by the Giants. Sadly he’ll go down in infamy forever for making that punt right to DeShaun Jackson instead of away from him as the plan was supposed to be.

It always bothers me how Jackson and Edwards both tempted fate before scoring. Jackson by turning left at the 1-yard-line, and Edwards by spiking the ball before recording the touchdown (possibly?).

The Eagles have absolutely owned us over the years. This list of 5 is dead on. Each of these 5 losses were devastating and belong here. I think even the order was correct. So with that said, who can think of great Giants wins over the Eagles. I'm talking dramatic last-second finishes too.

That got the Giants into the playoffs on the final week. Tiki Barber had over 200 yards rushing but fumbled 4 times, likely the reason the game was as close as it was. Jeremy Shockey made a nice one-handed catch for the Giants only touchdown. Akers being one of the most reliable kickers in Eagles history appeared to be ready to end the Giants playoff hopes, only for the shank to give Big Blue new life. While Matt Bryant would go on to be a very successful NFL kicker, in 2002 he was merely a Giants rookie with a spotty kicking record, but he came through when it mattered most in this game.
2006 week 2 at PHI - Giants 30, Eagles 24, OT Eli hits Plaxico with desperation heave for OT winner
The Giants were dead in the water going into the 4th quarter. They trailed 24-7. They got one touchdown on a catch that was fumbled by Plaxico Burress and recovered in the endzone by fellow receiver Tim Carter to cut the lead to 10. With under 5 minutes to go, the Giants forced a fumble from Brian Westbrook to get the ball back. Eli hit Amani Toomer for a score to cut the lead to 3. They got the ball back with under a minute to go and drove into field goal range with just seconds left. Jay Feely connected to force OT. In the extra session, the Giants appeared to be in range for a chip shot FG from just short of the goal line but a holding penalty brought them back to the 30. Now it's not such a guaranteed FG. Eli then threw an ill advised deep pass, falling away off his back foot. The ball floated high and was up for grabs, but Plaxico Burress hauled it down in the endzone for an improbable Giants win to bring them to 1-1 in the young season. The Giants would barely make the playoffs at 8-8, where they would play the Eagles in Philly in the Wild Card Game. This time Philly won on a field goal at the gun.
And after clinching the wild card spot the following week against the 49ers up 38-14 with less than 20 minutes left and the defense collapsed the offense stop playing and trey junkin 2 bad snaps including the final snap

I'm an adult who only just recently started watching football for my friends, but my parents and brother have always been die hard Eagles fans. I never actually watched games growing up, but I always remember my sweet mother who would never hurt a fly and never once raised her voice settling in on the couch with some popcorn and singing softly "Come on Eli, cry... cry..."
