If you happen to be in Dublin, we definitely recommend a meal (or 5!) at Pinocchio in Ranelagh or Temple Bar. You can also sign up for one of many different themed Italian cooking classes with Giuseppe. www.flavourofitaly.net/12-cook...
Giuseppe Crupi is the Director of Pinocchio Cookery School.
After a 5-year research period in Trinity College Dublin as an Engineer, he managed a language School and translation Company.
He loves cooking and languages and he speaks Italian, English, Spanish, but also some French, Portuguese, Irish and Greek.
Pinocchio Cookery School has been featured on the Irish and Italian press and on the most popular radio and TV shows.
Giuseppe is a regular guest on Ireland AM where he shows how to prepare traditional Italian dishes that are served during the cookery classes and in Pinocchio Restaurant.
Pinocchio Cookery School is the first Italian school of cooking in Dublin. It’s a brand of the Flavour of Italy Group and represents the only body in Ireland with a structure and a stuff specifically focused on teaching and spreading the Italian food and wine culture.
The Flavour of Italy Group includes one Cookery School, one Pinocchio restaurant in Ranelagh and one Pinocchio restaurant in Temple Bar.
The School provides technical and professional training for restaurant staff and catering to and it researches and selects Italian products of excellence to be used in the preparation of the dishes or to be included in the selection for sale.
Our aim is to promote the passion and knowledge of the traditions of the national and regional Italian cuisine through its courses and different initiatives.
“Here at the Italian School of Cooking we truly believe that cooking together is not just a way to provide food but a life-style based on sharing and enjoying the simple pleasures in life. People always have a great time cooking together”. - Jak na to + styl
Can this man be my life coach? I mean, honestly. Icon.
these bots really rustle my jimmies
I've watched so many pasta-making videos, and even though they are basically all an extremely similar "recipe," none of them have been as EXCELLENT as this one. This guy is so funny and so wonderful! What a contagious joy!
im about to comment just like yours ha ha ha
Contagious probably wasn't the best way to describe anything in a cooking setting.
Giuseppe is so much fun to watch. Love his approach to making pasta.
His approach is the Italian approach to life in general....if u have not visited Italy, u must....many Giuseppe’s....wonderful
I bought a pasta machine and as suggested, I do feel much better about myself!

This is quite simply the BEST tutorial on making pasta that I have seen. Bravo!
Absolutely superb - wonderful to watch - thank you so much.
This is just about the only accurate video on all of CZcams about how to make pasta dough. Kudos!
Fantastic class. I have been making pasta for a while now but there is always something more to learn. Making fresh pasta is so relaxing and very rewarding. My family love it.
Hes wonderful! Love him!!!
Excellent. What a great personality! Love him!
“First of all, if you don’t have a pasta machine, get one” 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
This maybe the most wholesome pasta video I've seen on CZcams. More please!
I have to admit, I cried watching this video! It brought some very old memories of my late grandma.
She was Sicilian and very proud of her heritage. Sunday used to be “Family Day” and she would have the whole family for lunch. She used to have a wooden board to put over the table just for mixing the dough, a massive, thick, heavy rolling pin (about 4’ long!!!) and an old wooden broom stick to dry the pasta! Watching her working was a thing of beauty!
I remember the countless times that she tried to teach me how to make the dough and I’d lose count on daily basis on how many times she would slap my hand telling I’m being to hasty or careless with the dough.
One particular part of the video that struck a chord with me was when Giuseppe mentioned about the flour well with the eggs in the middle and slowly adding the flour from the pile. That’s exactly how she used to do it… *sigh*
Thank you! Thank you so much for this experience and trip down memory lane!
This guy is great, what a wonderful teacher.

Do you use the coarse semolina or the fine (Semola)? Also, if I make a larger amount, do I increase the Extra Virgin Olive Oil?
Você pode passa sua receita em português por favor
Adoro receitas de macarrao
thanks
Hi, May I ask the brand of this machine in the video? Love the way he showed how to make pasta!!!
Looks like MARCATO 8356 Atlas Ampia Pasta Machine or another Atlas model
@@sydneywood4398 check the machine button and the bar at the base plate, it should be an imperia titania.
This is fantastic.
I am so curious about the producer asking questions because you are so obviously South African. Who are you?
How do restaurants store pasta like ravioli and tortellini? In semolina? Do they pre cook or freeze it then cook to order ?
Now I want/need a pasta machine
