I've been eating a lot more whole foods as snacks. Things like sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, plums, kiwi, grapes, bananas, and citric fruits. I also try to put more greens in my meal plans. I really like fresh spinach and kale. Never knew I would until I made myself try it.

What if I'm overweight? (I tried intermittent fasting awhile back and I didn't lose much weight with it and eventually gained a lot). How do I manage good nutrition and try to lose weight while TTC? Although my doctor told me that my 10cm fibroid (removed last July) was the primary contributor to my last miscarriage, I deal with fear now because I lost 10 lbs dieting the month I got pregnant including the time I didn't know I was pregnant. (I have gained it all back since). I am presently about 20 lbs into the overweight category, BMI is about 29.

I'm 41 years old and just found out i'm pregnant. Omega 3 and zinq supplements, little sugars and no bread. Maybe it's helpful. Once a week fish: dorade.
I thought i was infertile...after chlamydia. My eldest is 14.
My husband doesn't support me...we are together 2 years😢. Maybe abortion or move out.
