I miscarried at 17weeks...They ran each and every test which are usually done for recurrent losses...everything was normal except they saw few hematomas behind the placenta and also had a small sch which was diagnosed at 12 weeks..I had two or three episode of bleeding thst lasts for few minutes. Apart from diet what do you suggest so that i can have a healthy pregnancy again?

After having fribroids removed, I was injected with a birth control to stop the period, however it never cam back. I did a hormones test - Fsh-152.8 range 4.5-11.0 Lh-54.3 range 1.7-13.3 Prolactin-5.2 range 4.5-28.9 I'm going through menopause at my age, I have no children, I desperately want. I was on the verge of suicide, I was on suicide watch for a year. I'm now trying to get out of that dark place. If you have any advice on how to get back my period I would be grateful 🙏. Or anyone ready this can help pls do.😢
