Hi, i want to ask could i do dancing on kicktail loangboard which has 36' long ?
Oh for sure! Better yet if the board is flexible. Mine was stiff, but I still danced on it. Not quite the same style but I made do and had loads of fun. Plus the perks of a tail are so immense. Though if you can afford two boards, one for parking lot dancing the other for cruising, then I would. Just noticed this comment was from four years ago.... well I already typed this all out. Hope life is treating you alright in these crazy times.

I have one and it's my personal favorite longboard at the moment because of the way it combines traditional skateboarding, tricks, and great cruising!
if I want to ollie on a kicktail, should I practice on a Skateboard or a Kicktail board?

Energy Cookie Doesn't matter too much, any board will do. A tech board will be easier to ollie and you will go higher too.

Parts unless you are pressed for cash. Building a frankenboard is better but is expenssive. A complete is cheaper and is better if you are starting out because everything is there and you can start right away though all you are really paying for is the deck and maybe the trucks everything else is shit.....thats my opinion dont take it as the word.
This goes for almost all companies not just longboard ones

serious question. why dont you just use a regular street skateboard?
why would you? long boards are better at surfing trough the city and you don't feel the cracks in the pavements as you would with a skateboard.

I bought my Kicktail 36" because the combination of crusing and tricking that you can watch in this promotional video, But I could only skate about 30 minutes, at the second ollie the tail broke in two.
