Okay,as i can see - to make Eulogy wheels: - 0:42 You have to commit fis*ing metal buckets with a towel. - 1:20 Then you have to screw inside them a bu**plug. - 1:40 Next you have to pour some "milk" there. -1:59 Then you have to blow them with a elongated nozzle. -2:53 Unscrew the bu**plugs carefully(repeat the blowing) -3:35 Surpress them from the both sides and then give them a shape with a sharp hard object(hold them with fingers for stability) -4:06 Using an enema you need to slap some marks on top of them. -5:35 After the procedure cover with polyethylene. -5:48 And give a nice steady slap for a good measure.
Aggressive wheels are used for street and trick inline skating. They are smaller and harder than most inline skate wheels meant to within shock and rougher skating conditions.
awesome ! ... but i have a question, this is the same process to make skateboard wheels? whitch is the diference between roller and skateboard wheels..? thanks
Some of them! There are a couple of different techniques! The main difference between Skate and Skateboard wheels is the hub offset and width. Roller skate wheels always have a centered hub and a set width but skate wheels have different offsets and widths available.
Mostly used for aggressive since they are narrower than most skateboarding wheels, but they can be used on skateboards since they use the same bearing and spacer types.
@jammedmouse its the same place, Eulogy is like the Inline division of Bones. Just use a different mould. thats also why eulogies have a stronger but slippier feel than other wheel brands
Well.. I know a great place to get some:) IW just got in the new batch of Eulogy wheels too and they are better than ever. Haffey, Dalnas, Bailey, Soichiro, etc...
Some say it's about a name, some say it's about quality. We find that most wheels are priced higher then other due to the quality of the hub and polyurethane used. Those with better urethane will be more durable and roll smoother and faster. Right now, our most expensive 4pk of wheels is the UC CJ Wellsmore. This is based a bit on the name, but as our team rider found out, these wheels are excellent are spin very well. Mostly, a good set of wheels will run $24-$28, or $6 to $7 per wheel.
Brilliant stuff Oltmans,i loved this post, thanks.
Apparently these Eulogy used to make really good lasting wheels, I wonder why they changed?
How long do they last now?

Most important is the science and expertise to make a supreme urethane.
The best wheels for street skating.....
💯 2022
we are probably paying too much for wheels...
Aggressive wheels are used for street and trick inline skating. They are smaller and harder than most inline skate wheels meant to within shock and rougher skating conditions.
Well i think its very interesting to see how there are made. The scale and the amount of stages that it goes trough. Nice video
Probably the creepiest intro to a video I've ever seen, especially for a video on a wheel factory
Freakin' LOVE this video!! Thanks!!
@Atsushi2ja thats because these are blading wheels not boarding ones. we use a thinner wheel.

That is sick
If you live in Europe here is a set from Eulogy where you can buy 4 wheels, 8 bearings and 4 spacers. And it is pretty cheap.

I'm in ap I want 62mm rink wheel where will I buy this please tell me I want that
is this similar to say skateboard wheels or longboard wheels?
ok so, i heard they are the best. what makes Eulogy better than M1? or any other brand?
Well.. I know a great place to get some:) IW just got in the new batch of Eulogy wheels too and they are better than ever. Haffey, Dalnas, Bailey, Soichiro, etc...
why are they round instead of flat on the edges?
Would love to just grab a handful of those wheels lol
Graet...Just great...Now I wanna go and buy a new wheels..
I wonder what kind of bearing that is at 3:40
Most rollerblades and skateboards use the same bearings unless specially designed for larger wheels
is that compressed air or something to get them out of the mold? anyone know?
Looks like it. Just blowing undernesth the wheels to aid grabbing them, by the looks of it.
Gillette Zenner he applies a wax which allows it out of the mould easier.
Very Cool
what do mean by aggressive wheels?
Are they skateboarding wheels or aggressive wheels?
I wonder how are Razor skates made.
