Try to visit the CZcams channel : Wudang Academy. There is a lot of matter to practise. The CZcams channels Wudang Kungfu Bee and WudangBing are also helpful.
Look up something on CZcams called the Horse Stance. It's used to train the body in Chinese martial arts. I do it myself and it makes you much stronger and more flexible.
