wish they showed this with the tamp arm in place....really a pain and the wiring is actually shorter than that....

Not sure what the problem is when you have two simple options to get by the tamp arm. These options are applied during real work environments. First option is to hit the pause button rapidly and the tamp arm will start to descend. As soon as the arm starts to move turn the printer off, we have air shut off at an arms distance to turn the air off. This will allow you to push the tamp arm down using your hands pressing down. Just do enough where its out of your way. Continue to replace the printhead as normal. Once the printhead is swapped out and secured turn the printer and air back on. Allow the printer to boot up as normal. Once the printer is back online and connected to the server the arm will automatically return home. Calibrate the printer and move on with your day this method should take 10-15 mins tops. Option two which is my recommend way. Turn the printer off, use a screw driver to loosen the bolt on the tamp head assembly like normal once the printhead is not attached and only by the wire harness, use a torque screwdriver I believe the size is T25 remove the flat metal plate under the printhead. once removed you can remove the front roller with the same screwdriver size, then drop the printhead underneath this gives you access to all the wire harnesses, disconnect them and reverse order back into play. This is the most efficient way to do it. I do these replacement on a regular basis and I can swap them out using the second method in 5-8 mins no issues at all. At first we all have experienced the frustration of these replacements however through time these two methods will help you save time and more frustration.
