How to solve wrinkle issue in Ze 500

But there is no video regarding this onsite.
Nice tutorial, too bad calibrating only has about a 50% chance of actually working with no way to actually know why it failed.
Actually the problem is ribbon system
Whoever designed this printer, never thought on maintenance personnel. What a challenge is to simply change the print head on this model. Either you spend at least couple hours to get the print head back to work as intended again after you replace it or you'll end up breaking the printer ribbon inside or any other very confined tinny wiring that connects to the print head. No skinny adult is able to reach those connections without messing up something when installing the print head!!! Also, is a real headache to calibrate it since this procedure rarely works. And remember, never ever make the mistake to press any 2 buttons at the same time or whatever configuration you may have on the printer, renders it unusable by bring it to its default configuration. Of course, regular operators always make that mistake! I don't know about other models they have but personally I won't buy this model anymore and don't recommended at all !!!!!
