    After having done the 60 minutes ones several times I decided to give this a try and it went quite well! Minimal cues help, I think this was just about right. What wasn't helpful for me was the mention of being half way through (one of the 60 mins also have this). I like to disconnect completely from the notion of time and because of this, I started thinking again about how to go still etc. But this is a detail, overall very good thanks for uploading!

    tip: try this after 24-30 hours of water fasting. better than mdma

      You should try some breathwork before meditation. It helps you get into that state of focus and quiet the mind.
