      This is not something to do late at night when feeling sleepy! Listening to this guided meditation is very soothing and I caught myself drifting off into dreamland several times, only to be startled awake by the narrator's voice. I'll have to try this again earlier in the day when I am more awake.

    sometimes i can do this practice with ease and clarity from beginning to end only bettering throughout and going deeper. Other times my mind is complete chaos jumping around from visual images to thoughts and feelings only to slowly soothe into stillness. better every time. thank you

    This is so different than the meditations that I have listened to when all they do is talk through the whole thing or the music is louder than their voices or their voices are annoying so yeah this was different I like it I will definitely come back for more thank you

    My mind is confused and disorganised. Vispassana helps but it needs regularity and patience. Im 76 I can't sit longer than 30mn. Yet 20mn twice à day is already bénéficial for your overall health. Every day is the key.

      Hi I'm looking into it but the Vipassana comments in the retreat I researched read like it was a cross between a boot camp to be a monk and SAS training ?Can you comment further as I'm not sure thanks

      Nothing to do with monk or conversion. It is simply about your inner development. Go for 10days. And u dont have to turn back if u dont like. But that 10days will be for yourself. Go for it.

    I greatly appreciate your prompt effort to provide this beneficial video. After a very long time, I was able to meditate, although I was not fully able to avoid my mind running from one thought to another, certainty your soothing, guiding voice helped me immensely to bring back my concentration on my breathing. I'll continue to do it, and I'm hoping to progress to achieve to meditate for longer. Thank you again!

    Love the silent pauses. I did a 12 day sit. ( They say it’s 10 days). But hello day zero and 11. 😂. Anyhoo. All this time later. I did not realize it meant clear insight. Guess I didn’t need that clarity until now. And it’s triggering the good emotions. True insight. Thank you.

    I have been meditating for 3 years now and i cannot get deep enough as the high pitched screeching tinnitus just gets in the way!
    Iv tried focussing on it as a way of helping instead of hindering,to no avail,just makes it louder! And i just get upset. Have you any advice to get me to the sweet spot,iv only been there once and it was sublime! 🖖🏼

    Bruh my computer crashed at exactly the last minute and i thought i still had like 10 mins left in my meditation. Turns out i was meditating for 40 mins already. In my mind it was, "don't check. don't check. it's not done, let it be.". I gave up eventually in fear of meditating for 5 hours without noticing and saw that my computer did crash. Really crashed at the wrong time. Great crash though my longest meditation probably

    This is mindfulness not vipassana sorry. Vipassana is not awareness of thoughts but all about observing the sensations in the body and anapana breath

    There is no 20 min Vippasana. There's a 1000 made-easy adaptations of Goenkaji's instructions. 1 hour is the minimum unit of time needed for one sit only because it is like a long train journey where stuff comes up from the inside. 1 hour of time is needed to observe physical sensations and their changes and strengthen equanimity.

      This seems a bit rigid, my friend. What’s the harm in posting this meditation if it’s accessible and helpful.
      Everyone doesn’t ascribe to the same rules and regulations. And following them doesn’t make one a better practitioner.
      This is all about our inward journey. Perhaps a bit of flexibility is warranted here. Balance in all things, no? ❤ sending love your way.

      It is a one hour sit- a simple rule, the basic of code of conduct for the Vippasana. It is not too much effort, whatever that means. If you are reacting like this, it shows the cost of this attachment to effortlessness.

    Vippsanna is not Bhuddhist. Its part of Hindu yoga dhyan practices. Bhuddhism is Hinduism lite.
