What, if it is confidential information regarding the body how did you know the information? Are you guys part of a citizens program?
Can you live there without a car? I also hear that the LA metro is unsafe (especially the red line), how true do you think that is?
You could get away for a minute without having a car but you probably want to get one at some point. The LA Metro rail system which includes the red line etc is not the safest rail and I would avoid riding it at all cost.
I rode the subway all the time to work
One time busses trains rail lines and grocery stores went all onstrike hard to get anywhere
Is North Hollywood good for families with children?
It just depends on where in North Hollywood you go. On the side of the Arts District is good but you have to make sure you pick the right apartment for that area. If you move to N. Hollywood, stay away from Living At NoHo apartments.

Cool video. I was just in Burbank 🥵 105. Is Burbank a good area for black people who are into art and animation. Is it manly know someone ?
We love Burbank. Great place to live and hangout. Plenty of studios over there. Yes there is a nice amount of black folk there as well and many do work in the industry.

It is a hit or miss. Sometimes you can catch a special where there is a studio for less than $2,000 but you will have to search daily online for those deals.
