Been looking at getting a diesel soon and found your 4th gen ram video after searching CZcams for 2500 Cummins. I too have always liked the Rams and the Cummins engine. I’m also from OKC. Thanks for in fo so sounds like I’ll be getting a WC Fab kit for 05 dullay 5.9 only up grades I have is the Fleece in tank lift pump and does great and I did install fuel pressure gauge on the factory fuel filter housing and it shows the pump at idle pressure is 22 lb and hard pulling it will stay around 19-20 lbs.
I have a 4th gen with the second gen swap and love the turbo but like you I hated the exhaust flange. I burnt thru mine and searched for 3 months trying to purchase one. Almost impossible but I found a custom shop that milled them from a solid block of stainless. fits perfectly to the turn down and from there you can run 4 or 5 inch.

Hey man new follower! I’m from Wichita Falls not to far from you. Your truck is pretty killer! I’m about to the 2gen swap myself.
I run the Slosh Fab kit with a 464 and love it, but I also was missing an exhaust gasket with my kit when I received mine. I also was missing a clamp, but Jake was great and made sure to get me the right ones asap. Overall I was happy.
Going for wcfab or evilfab on my 2012 6.7 within the next couple of months. Great video man
Even tho I have the evilfab, if I was do to over again I’d go with the wcfab kit.
I went with sloshfab and it’s a great kit looks wise. The only issues were the Down pipe was too short to fit onto my 5 inch exhaust and he didn’t provide a boot for the hot side pipe to intercooler. And he quoted me 6-7 weeks and it took 3 1/2 months. I would go with wcfab if I were to do another swap.
I run a stainless diesel 2nd gen swap I love it. Which coolant bypass kit did you run I was told I need to run a 5.9 manual in my 6.7

What other upgrades did you feel like you needed before or after the second gen swap
I have one from stainless diesel with a 475. Went together perfectly and came with a manifold. Any 2nd gen swap kit that doesn't come with a manifold is incomplete in my eyes. Any kit that forces me to purchase one separately is one I would stay away from.
Can you do a coolant bypass video? I have used your gauge install and valve body install videos and they helped out tremendously so thank you.

Awesome video most definitely going with WC Fab You've been buying products from these guys for a couple months now love their powder coat. Just deleted my deleted my DPF went with 5" Turbo back when I delete EGR with my tuner Is there anything I have to unplug on the EGR tself going to be a little while before I get time to actually take it off
On the evil fab kit did you have to buy longer studs to mount the turbo because of the spacer? If so what size did you buy? Also did the kit come with coolant plugs? Thank you!
