Hey guys, I could use some prayer. I hurt myself this week shoveling from a snow storm in my area. I haven’t been able to work out since Tuesday from the pain. I’m feeling down and miss the workouts. I was doing so well and now I have to start over again. I don’t even know how long I’ll be down. Ugh 😩
Heavenly Father, look out for our sister in Christ. She is feeling down however LORD remind her that you are a comforter, and we ask that you send her comfort at this time. LORD you are a healer, and we ask that you heal her where is hurts and let her have a speedy recovery. We trust in YOU and stand on your word. In JESUS name, AMEN!!
