Cardio workout, 16 kg weight training with vijo ചേട്ടൻ യൂട്യൂബ് guide lines. Body weight 74 kg നിന്ന് 67 kg ലേക്ക് ആയി. ഇപ്പൊ കാണുന്നവരെല്ലാം ചോദിക്കുന്നത് നന്നായി ക്ഷീണിച്ചു പോയല്ലോ എന്നാണ്. From my experience the below will work to get a leaner, muscular and healthy body
1. 3 days in a week do proper strength work out. upper body, legs/glutes, abdomen ( one area each day)
2. 3 days cardio in a week with heart rate maintaining at heart rate zone 2 (refer CZcams or online materials for HR zone 2 cardio). HR zone 2 is important since maximum fat burn without muscle loss will happen at HR zone 2. if your HR is higher you will be losing muscle during cardio. Jogging/Running/Cycling is the easiest for cardio. do it for 40 mins to one hour depending on your fitness
3. Reduce carbs and sugar to minimum( easier said, tough to do on long term)
4. sleep well, 7-8 hours of solid and continuous sleep everyday
5. Drink lots of water and be well hydrated
More importantly take one or two days complete rest in a week for recovery.

How much exercise needed for per muscle group
Warm up, skipping, push ups, pull ups, a little bit boxing on punching bag, stretching, weight training (only one part per day). ഇതാണ് എന്റെ rotation. 3 day workout ചെയ്താൽ 1 day rest.
