Have celebrity alcohol brands jumped the shark?

After years of launching wine and spirits brands, celebrities are now getting into the beer business. Recently sober Hulk Hogan has launched a beer brand called Real American Beer and the Kelce brothers of NFL and Taylor Swift fame have bought Garage Beer, which was started in Cincinnati by Braxton Brewing. What, if anything does this say about the current state of the beverage alcohol industry in general and the beer business in particular?
We’re also discussing the world’s most valuable beer brands, off premise sales data that shows people are trading down in spirits and wine but are trading up in beer, and the closure of several prominent craft breweries.
