Thanks for actually being straight up and getting to the point. So many people just can't do this when it comes to talking about this pepetide. This really helped me out so thanks.
Its poor info.
Thank you so much for these informative quick takes. You are one of the few specialists that takes the time to go into such detail about peptides and BPC157 in particular.

@richkemp2302 hmmm, no response
I'll give it a shot
Dr. Drew, thank you for putting this out there. I suffered a pinched nerve 3 years ago and the muscle tissue in my left pec and tricep deteriorated. I’m probably 70% now and hoping this peptide will help. I appreciate any suggestions you may have.
How did it work cause I have something similar
Hey! I have been having horrible knee pain for months. Can i use this by itself or do you recommend taking it with another peptide? Also, do you recommend red light therapy for pain? Or would this be better?
i like the bpc157 for repair, this is my 2nd time taking it orally, where i get it from works, so i bought it again,, last time took 200 mcg... this time gonna do 400 mcg, not to heal faster but to see if any results i cant workout till my should/ arm heals
where did you buy it from? I really need this because my shoulder is so fucked. I also got a minor tear on my meniscus and I have a torn labrium. I know it won't fix all of these but at least my shoulder and strengthen my knee. Thank you
On this topic I'll give you my personal experience on using this peptide. I recently done a complete tear of my bicep tendon. I had surgery to re-attach the the tendon to the the ulna (forearm) and by f@ck it was a horrible recovery for the first couple of weeks. I then started to use TB500 & BPC-157 together...... and boy oh boy within in days I could feel the difference.. I had got a massive hematoma under the skin were I was sliced in the forearm which was the size of a golf ball and within days it was disappearing, the tingling and numbness feeling I was having in my forearm disappeared, and my range of movement was getting very quickly back to normal, my grip dramatically improved which to be honest I thought this can't be right. I used two bottles of each in the end and to be honest I've just started my third as all the stomach problems I have had in the past (for years) have started to go away and different wee niggles I've had throughout my body after 33 years of lifting weights have all started to go away. I personally have been taking 2iu of TB500 every second day & 1iu of BPC-157 twice daily and I personally feel like a new man. Again people might say this is all in your head but I've personally spoken to people with the same injury which took months more to recovery and are nowhere near were I am at this stage....So all that said I personally believe that these two compounds have helped me massively in my recovery, thats of course you are sure in that you know that the products you are getting are from a reliable source.
Are you taking these orally or injected?
Thank you
Do you mind sharing your source? If not why did you decide to take the TB500 every other day and not daily like the bpc157. I took bpc157 for 3 month 2iu daily and I believe it helped my neck and nerve pain but I also did stem cells, xosomes.
3 weeks taking bpc157. started taking to help my tennis elbow and posterior urnal discomfort due to lifting. those 2 symptoms are improving slowly, however my full labrum tear from 8 years ago seems to have full RoM restored, which i was not anticipating. previously my arms had no ability to break shoulder plain from my sides, now can go all the way up with light weight. Definitely worth the money.
Where did you order it from? If you don’t mind sharing please.

then what are you waiting for??
We use the BPC-157 capsules from InfiniWell as they use the arginate salt. To help out, we have a 20% patient discount code on our website regenerativeperformance.com/supplements (code is RP20). Once on that website, click the InfiniWell link, and then choose the product labeled 'BPC-157'. When you hover over the product, you will see it says 'Original Formula' above the ingredient box). This is the version that does not have SNAC, which we find works better.
The most common starting dose we use with patients is 500mcg, once per day on an empty stomach. The time of day doesn't really matter in our opinion. We normally have patients take BPC-157 for at least a month to determine if they see improvements, but sometimes it takes longer to see effects as tissue healing takes time. We then have patients continue on the BPC-157 for several months, and then we might trial taking them off to see if their symptoms remained improved or if they regress. If they regress, we put them back on it.
I purchased mine from the VitalBPC157 website and saw excellent results within a few weeks, particularly regarding my knees.
I'm take oral 800 mg daily. Should there be breaks taken periodically? For example 20 day on 3 days off? Or is it okay to consume non stop?
Not sure if you still answer, but do you know if BPC-157 can regenerate articular cartilage, specifically of the wrist? I know you mention it resolves joint pain, but I have some pretty intense cartilage damage in my wrists, and am hoping it might be able to at least regenerate a portion of it. Thanks!
There's literally no scientific evidence that bpc157 regenerates anything in humans. The only people who claim it does are selling it for outrageous prices. So just put two and two together..
Are their any peptide supplement providers that do independent testing of their product to show they actually have the suggested ingredients and amounts?
Yes. Many claim to but never post the results. Skye Peptides does.
TB4 - frag is great stacked with Bpc.
Is TB-4 Frag the capsule version on TB 500? I wanna take bpc 157 and tb 500 and found a pill (TB-4 frag + BPC 157 Arg)
Hey drew do they ever do intravenous injections of bpc-157 ? Wouldn’t that work well for repair of organs like heart and brain and so forth better then just sub-q ?
This uses the JAK signaling pathway from what I can tell. I have to take a JAK inhibitor for a autoimmune condition. Will this cause BPC to be ineffective
Is there more risk involved if you have an. Autoimmune disorder and are taking immune suppressants? I heard you say risk of infection which would not be good if I’m on immune suppressant?
Do you think running BPC157 orally from your source will help heal my already healing ac joint tear? My doc wants me on meloxicam but bpc has all the anti inflammatory benefits and also benefits the GI unlike NSAIDS. Thank you very much!
No idea if it will help you! I would need to do a workup on you to give you a better answer. It's helped similar people in your shoes, but not everyone. You won't know unless you try
Hi Dr, you mentioned DNA Health for oral BPC but your site also mentions Infiniwell, I believe that's one of your trusted sources as well? And does it have any hepatic or renal effect if taken orally? Thank you.

I tried bpc a couple years ago in oral form. I dont remember it helping with any pain or recovery. I only noticed it helping with digesting/bloating. How much is someone supposed to take of the oral to get the body healing effects of it? My body feels like it's falling apart. Im hoping bpc can fix that. pun intended.
hi doctor ... should i clean after taking it for 2 months ?
Anyone used oral BPC157 for Disc Herniation?
Yesterday I was thinking about the BPC157 that I use to self-inject and it helped heal a hernia!!! I used to get it from a compound pharmacy. Today I noticed your channel and found it informative, so I subscribed. Thank you for you interaction with the public!
Do you use BPC157 to treat leaky gut and if so how is the success rate? Do you prefer pills over injections for GI health?
I don't treat leaky gut, I only treat pain!
I've been taking bpc oral for 6 months. 800mcg daily. Should I taper off. Is stopping cold turkey risky or dangerous? I have taken this due to cipro side effects.
What about with an acute injury like a torn meniscus? Would oral still be the recommended route or injection directly into the knee joint?
We would use oral BPC-157 in conjunction with PRP injection into the knee joint
I can't find this info anywhere and hoping you can help. When reconstituting a peptide, does the total fluid volume not matter at all (1 ml, 2 ml, 5, ml, 10 ml, etc.) as long as you're aware of how much medication is in each injection?
For instance, BPC 157 comes in 10 mg but in a small 2 ml vial, and I would like to reconstitute that using 2 ml of bacteriostatic water. Would 2 ml be OK or is there some functional purpose of having a certain minimum amount of reconstitution fluid?
total fluid volume does not really matter. You don't want it too small where dosing is hard (i.e. 0.5mL for a 10mg vial), and you don't want too big (20mL for 10mg) because those are just impractical injections.
I have seen a lot of good things about this lately, I have finally been able to track a site here in Ireland that sells the capsules and they’re 300mcg per capsule is that enough?
Some people will see a response at that dose. If you don't you can try increasing to 2 caps to hit the 500mcg dose we normally use
Took BPC, sub-q, at 250mcg am and 250mcg pm and within 3 days my ROM went from 40 degrees straight in front to 120 degrees, but, plateaued, and by Day 9, that was that.
I just had the same shoulder done for a second time in 11 months, and wondered what you thought as to why it’s worked so fast, than, just stopped?
I’m 5’8” 195 and was thinking maybe I should’ve raised dose?
Thoughts are appreciated
Were did you buy your BPC-157?
Hey, when I was deadlifting my forearm popped 3 times, I haven't been able to do any pulling motions or curling motions without weakness and pain. Will this product help with recovery? No bruising at the site, It's been 5 weeks and I still can't do a pullup without pain.
It may be helpful for you yes, but I can't say with much certainty as you're not a patient of mine. If you'd like a discount on the product you can find that here - regenerativeperformance.com/supplements
Is the oral version also effective for joint pain and synovitis? Thanks!
It sure can be, and that's one of the main reasons we use it
Been hearing warnings about oral consumption as it relates to GI cancers, which seemed to make sense when it comes to stimulating growth and abnormal cells also being stimulated.
There's one animal study that showed this with uber uber high doses, but no other study has shown this.
There are food additives that humans eat many times a day that are shown to cause cancer in animals also at high doses.

hey doc, i broke my clavicle 5 weeks ago and it still hasnt healed fully. im aware it will take much longer to heal naturally but i wanted to know if taking BPC would help reduce the after effects of my the injury like mobility and function considering the fact that i am a powerlifter.
another question i had was if i was to start using BPC would it affect my bloodwork in anyway considering we have blood tests before competitions.

How long can you take bpc 157 oral
Just subscribed to your Chanel. Great video. I have a lateral meniscus tear in my left knee. Do you think that taking BPC 157 orally will help not only with pain but also with repairing the cartilage? And would you recommend taking TB 500 along with BPC 157?
It may help reduce some pain, but it's unlikely to repair the cartilage. That's a very difficult thing to do and to even have a shot at that, we need a full comprehensive program in place that also includes orthobiologic injections.
Thanks for the sub!

very very unlikely that it's actually healing a meniscus tear
Man I have this pain in my neck and right trap that’s been goin on for 2 years now and wondering if I injected this to my back side neck would it heal it??
You don't need to inject it directly into the area ... that's a myth. You can take it anywhere and it'll get to the issue if has inflammation (minus your knees, which are closed systems). You may be thinking about TB-500 instead, which seems to have *some* minor benefit injecting in/around an injury, but the data isn't clear on that either ... just taking it should be ok (just make sure it's reputable).

Im trying bcp157, tb500 and sermorelin stack for my torn ligament in my leg. I've mixed 33iu of each peds into each syringe which near enough fills it too 100iu taking 20iu twice a day . Do you think that is ok ? Or am I mixing too many together to not received the full benifits. Im 10 days in and not feeling any benifits yet
10 days is very early. Healing takes time.
Don't mix the peptides into the same syringe. There's always a chance you're getting peptide degradation which makes them useless. Keep each one in its own syringe and inject separately. But still, it may take 3 months for you to notice benefits
@@DrewTimmermansND I was thinking that could happen. Would i keep rotating the 3 peptides while injecting twice a day ? And also i have read that it is best too inject near the injury . We use the InfiniWell brand as they use the arginate salt. One bottle (60 capsules) lasts for 60 days (2 months). The capsules are 500mcg. We use oral predominantly as it works just as well in most people compared to injection. If you choose to go injection route, just do subQ, do not try to inject your own ligaments.

@@DrewTimmermansNDis bpc157 effective in healing chronic craniocervical instability due to chronic ligamentous injury at the craniocervical junction?
Any recommendations about nasal sprays?
I dont use the nasal sprays. We use injectable and oral
Can bpc oral help with shoulder impingment? What are the best oral bpc 157
It may help calm down some of the inflammation associates with the internal impingement, but it likely won't fix the internal impingement. The brand we use is Infiniwell and you can find discount code on our website - regenerativeperformance.com/supplements
Just subscribed to your channel. Good stuff. InfiniWell has two doses for BPC 157. There’s a 250mcg and a 500mcg. What do you suggest for chronic gastritis?
Thanks for the sub! We recommend the 500mcg rapid once daily on empty stomach.

I have a tear in the strapinatus in my shoulder. Would it be better to inject bpc-157 straight into my shoulder or would it be ok to buy the tablet form and take them? What would be the most effective way? Im guessing injecting it? But would like a professional opinion pls if you have the time to tell me what you think.
oral BPC-157 works just as well as injectable especially when you use the stable oral form. We use the InfiniWell brand as they use the arginate salt (stable form). We have a 20% patient discount code on our website regenerativeperformance.com/supplements
Can you send me what % of bpc-157 is in it before I buy it pls?
The capsules contain 500mcg of BPC-157 when you purchase the rapid pro. This information is on their website which you can easily search
Sorry if this questions has already been asked / answered.
Should pill form be taken with food our empty stomach ?
Morning or before bed ?
time of day doesn't matter, but best on empty stomach
Most of our healing occurs during sleep (especially during the Delta brainwave cycles), so personally speaking, I would take it before bed.
Do you recommend the rapid release bpc 157 or the slow release?
thanks for giving a trusted source:))
Rapid!! It's the original version that has been studies. This is our preferred brand - bit.ly/3gTNrEI you can use our code RP10 for 10% discount
Sounds good thank you :))) I will give it a try

@@DrewTimmermansND slow release is supposed to be better for stomach issues. Is this not true?
So what would be dosage for one bottle over two months? 250 every other day? Thanks
We usually dose 500mcg once per day. Some patients will still see results with 250mcg once per day.
I have done both. Injection and pill and injection worked best for me. Healed broken arm in a month for me too. I only inject into my stomach too 🤷🏼♀️everyone is different tho. But what can I take

Nope, you can inject subq anywhere! Will have the same effect

Anytime. Without food
Is it normal to get more hungry and feel a little lethargic on BPC 157? Taking it orally.
From my understanding, BPC 157 has been shown to have effects on Growth Hormone secretion, and common side effects of increases Growth hormone secretion can include hunger and deeper sleep, so yes this would make sense
so I cannot swallow these horse pills. does anyone know if there is any risk or harm with my opening them and putting them in my tea or smoothie ? thanks in advance

@@DrewTimmermansND Is 1000mcg too much for the first month? Twice daily 500mcg. Would appreciate your advice . Love the channel
Nope, that's still a very safe dose
Mind me asking what dosage and frequency for subcutaneous injection for Achilles tendonitis?
Standard dose for injectable is 300mcg subQ in the abdomen once per day
FYI - If you are working with a physician and can get injectable BPC-157 from a compounding pharmacy, then that's great. If you aren't, then we don't recommend the injectable version as this would require you to purchase BPC-157 from a research chemical website and these peptides are commonly contaminated with LPS, a bacterial endotoxin, which can cause really bad side effects. Instead of using injectable, we then recommend using an oral arginate salt. We use the BPC-157 capsules from InfiniWell as they use the arginate salt. If you want a discount code, we have one for our patients on our website regenerativeperformance.com/supplements. Once on that website, click the InfiniWell link, and then choose the product labeled 'BPC-157 Original 250mcg'. This is the version that does not have SNAC, which we find works better.

Hey doc I just ordered the BPC 157 RAPID PRO from InfiniWell and excited to see how it works out. I’m going to do the bottle for 2 months. Do we need to cycle BPC-157 or can patients stay on it long term?

The most common starting dose we use with patients is 500mcg, once per day on an empty stomach. The time of day doesn't really matter in our opinion. We normally have patients take BPC-157 for at least a month to determine if they see improvements, but sometimes it takes longer to see effects as tissue healing takes time. We then have patients continue on the BPC-157 for several months, and then we might trial taking them off to see if their symptoms remained improved or if they regress. If they regress, we put them back on it.
Where would be the most reputable place to purchase this?

Does BPC 157 need refrigeration? Oral and or injection, how much solution to put in vial for 5mg for 30 days of use of 500mg?
Did you ever find the answer for this? Can’t find out anywhere how much solution to actually put in for 5mg
@TheKG636 yes, I use a 0.3ml 30g 5/16th needle for injection. I use a 3ml 22g to inject 3ml of cold biostatinic water into the vile of 5mg bpc 157. The 15 mark gets me 250mcg, 30 gets me 500mcg. 5mg bottle last 10 days at 500mcg the 10mg is 20 days. Keep refrigerated and sterile. I take injection in morning, night injection was causing insomnia.

I’ve been given oxycodone for many years for chronic pain. I have rheumatoid and osteoarthritis. I would like to get off the Opioids. I’d also like to lose weight. Can you inform me what type of peptides I’d need to take for these issues?
What are you doing to be healthy? Are you getting up early (5 or 6ish) and going outside to look at the sun (corrects cortisol/melatonin allowing better sleep, greater healing ect) for 20 min? and making sure you're going to bed by 2100h so you max your sleep cycles? (creating optimal hormonal circadian rhythm thus healing better and having optimal body function), and when you go to bed are you cutting out all blue light 2h before bed? (improves sleep thus healing/hormones ect), are you finding 20min per day to take you shoes off and stand on grass or better yet hug a tree while standing on grass to ground yourself? (Balances your electrons, makes rest not clump together, reduces stress, reduces inflamation, increases exposure to microbs, stabilises hormones ect)... Have you cut all preservatives, colours, weird shit you can't pronounce out your food? (Reduces inflamation, cell abnormalities, hormone dysregulation ect) have you removed all chemicals as best you can from your water? (Excess iron, fluoride, pesgercides, medications as these all dysrupt healing and hormonal health sleep, and calcify the tissues), are you exercising and sweating daily to move lymph a d allow the toxins to pass out but also help regulate the immune system, adaptive and innate? (Resets autoimmune issues, regulates myokines, lipokines, hormone, stabilises joints ect) are you meditating and dealing with your traumas that manifestas inflamation and inability to cope with stress? Do you wear clothing with chemicals in them (plastics, flame retardants ect)? Have you stopped microwaving your food? Have you stopped using plastic water bottles and food containers? Have you stopped spreading g chemicals all over your skin? (washing poweder/liquids, soaps, dish soap, aftershave/deodorants ect... lol there's alternatives so you don't stink) and this list goes on... As over the top as it sounds its easily implemented but! If you're not doing the basics then peptides won't do shit!!! Can't put out a forest fire with a water gun.
perfect response!
