Many years ago, I lived in the Westbrook condo complex in Beaverton. I'm thinking of moving back, and I wouldn't hesitate to live there again--it is well-designed and--as far as I can tell, still well-managed. ETA: It's centrally located, walkable, and convenient to everything.

How do you guys feel about the new construction area on Roy Rogers and Scholls ferry? I am thinking of purchasing a new construction townhouse in the riverview terrace 2 area, but I am looking and the townhomes and houses that were built in 2017 in riverview terrace 1 and I am not seeing much equity, and I see a lot of homes just sitting with no one really jumping on them. Obviously a very nice neighborhood but why is no one jumping at the high 200s over there?
Thats a great question Greg and my persoanl opinion since i live right next door is that this place is going to continue to explode and the schools are incredible. Values will go up and are! But I do see that a lot of people are just spending a bit more to get the detached brand new homes in there it seems.
