i moved to Oregon 5 years ago. I was looking at reed's crossing, but ended up choosing happy valley. hillsboro is just more spread out and i like the compactness of happy valley

Wish Wilsonville was higher on this list. Just moved from LO to Wilsonville because of how family friendly Wilsonville is. 10/10 would recommend for families - schools are equally amazing. BEST. DECISION. EVER.

The Erickson’s used to lease land from us down the road and grew strawberries for a couple of decades back in the 1960’s and 70’s. My dad grew up with Vinton Erickson and our family’s farmhouse is still there(we no longer own it), surrounded by Douglas Firs. The S curve on Lake Shore Ave cuts right through our orchard.

The first house is cute but why not show the kitchen in its entirety? Only got glimpses when walking through! Kitchens and bathrooms are important as are closets. Why show a house when only showing bits and pieces? Really disappointed.

Portland was once a really nice, beautiful city. Now it is overrun with homelessness, drugs, filth, and crime all due to oozing liberalism and communism. Antifa remains to ensure their violence and terror is ever present while the so-called leaders of the city and state do nothing to eradicate them. Portland is one of the worst examples of liberal and communist destruction. What a shame.

I've worked in every major city in the US and major cities abroad. I worked in downtown Portland starting in 2006 ending 2010 on High Rises for Walsh Construction, Anderson Construction and other's. The normal people are hard working and very nice to be around. Unfortunately there are a lot of really weird and dangerous people roaming around the city. Is very beautiful with all the Bridges and river's.

There's no Target coming and while Peacehealth owns a large block of acreage here, there's no sign of them breaking ground, even now.

Vancouver used to be a very safe and inexpensive place to live, not anymore. We have homeless all over the place and our prices are out of sight. Not worth living here anymore

Born and raised in Oregon. Forget about living in Portland. The crime wave has gone off the charts. Anywhere in Oregon is no longer a safe haven. Thanks to it being destroyed when Californians swooped in and turned it into another CA with all their baggage.

Funny! I was watching you when we needed help and info to move to The Woodlands in Texas from Tualatin and it helped us A LOT. Now we are thinking about moving back to Oregon as well because our teens are not happy here. Hope you are loving back up there again, cheers! Looking forward to possibly moving back to the in 2-3 months. The Woodlands is beautiful but the rest of Texas just isn't for us after growing up in the PNW, missing those Christmas tree farms and dare I say the rain when we did nothing but complain about it.

Random question, but how is the public transit system in Lake Oswego? Could I easily get to downtown Portland? What about basic errands locally, like shopping, pharmacy, veterinarian etc.?
