So fun to watch you guys go out to different neighborhoods! Sellwood looks so nice and clean. No graffiti or homeless tents? Nice. Although I looked on Redfin and the only homes available, even the small ones, are EXPENSIVE. Whew. Anyway, are you ever coming up to St. Johns? It's a cute and cozy community, on it's way up and still sorta reasonably priced in comparison!
