Built in 1997 but fully renovated ✅

​@@LivinginPortlandOregon That's a red flag. American's idea of "renovations" is just new paint, new cabinets, new appliances, and floor on top of the existing one. Unless you didn't tear down every wall and redid 100% of the plumbing and the electrical, put a brand new roof and checked the foundation, you didn't renovate anything, you just washed it's face.
