I have stopped viewing movies and dramas in order to observe judicial hearings. The judges, like PB Bajanthri, are my heroes.
Lot of people may find this judge bad but he has a point. Without any power how can u exercise power 😂

Mr. Judge is very right where is the source of power. Where is the advertisement and notification when it's a public post.
Every court in Bihar must have a judge from south. Delighted to see the wisdom and responsibilities. Everything is logical and by norm. Unfortunately other side is false, fraud and unable to even speak as lies have no justification.
Watching this makes me revere the judiciary even more.
Not familiar with law but from my perspective, the judge asked 50 times for two simple things:
I like this judge, he scolded almost everyone 😅... Pak needs one or two like him.
One can see the standard of argument as rightly observed by the Hon'ble Justice. Funniest hearing and height of patience by the Hon'ble Justice.

HAHAHA...Indian lawyers are more like standup comedians.
The quality of lawyers is appalling. Judge is asking very simply what are the duties and show something that he worked. Why is that so hard. Unnecessary committee created by someone who does not have the authority to create one and giving the role of chairman to someone related. This reminds me of the girl who was the topper of Bihar 10th class State Board Exams.

Very sound fundamentals followed by the Hon. Judge P B Bhajantri. A clear case of experience from a place like Karnataka High Court!
It's shocking that these jokers are unable to competently answer one question which the judge asked more than 20 times - "Where is the source of power?"
Judge Sab is super super right.
