Floods in southern Brazil kill at least 75 people over seven days, 103 missing

Brazil was experiencing a drought.
There is a military country to the north of Brazil that makes heavy use of cloud seeding.
Cloud seeding steals rain from surrounding areas.
Cloud seeding increases floods, droughts, and extreme weather.
Brazil may have used cloud seeding to solve droughts.
Cloud seeding floods may have occurred.
We need to know that many of the causes of abnormal weather and climate change are military countries around the world that make heavy use of artificial weather weapons and artificial weather manipulation.
Otherwise, unnatural abnormal weather cannot be solved.
