I think Jason was more worried about his own weight and projected a lot of his own insecurities onto her. He wanted her to eat right so that she would make him eat right. It's hard to stay on your diet when your partner is stuffing their face in front of you 24/7... However nothing about their relationship was healthy, including their eating habits. I think Jason started out being a good guy but he couldn't handle her mood swings/issues like Moses seems to be able to. Let's hope he can keep it together for Trishas sake.

It’s funny cuz I could see Hila being friends with Trisha and actually getting along and having fun around her. But they balance each other out.
