Ya’ll can’t really get married in Israel unfortunately. No such thing as secular marriage. Only a Jew can marry a Jew- so you’d need to covert, properly. Which can take years. And you even then, it has to be a religious event. But, secular marriages performed outside of Israel (including same sex marriages) are recognized by the state upon return, which is why a lot of Israelis go to Cyprus to get married. But you could certainly have a party there!
