Can we say that Trish has improved so much with her cooking. She is so ready to become a 1st time mommy. So proud of Trish and I have nothing bad to say about her. Practice makes perfect! And she has come along way since she has gotten pregnant and married. To me she is totally a different person for the good. This home, family life has done her well. Love Trish and wish her nothing but happiness and wealth!!

I'm just really happy to see her happier and healthier. I've been watching for many years now and there was a period where I really worried for her. Seeing her manifest the life she deserves through positive change give me hope that I can do the same thing. ❤ I'm also really happy how supportive most people are being. I'm hoping the more her content shifts the less haters and trolls gather in her comments etc.

  • @GreggySorianoGreggysDigest

You did great! As a chef, my tip would just to be careful with the bouillon. A little bit goes a long way or else it’ll be too salty. Especially with the celery salt. Corn starch thickens the sauce to make it unctuous and gravy-like. Looks delish! So proud of youuuu! Love you! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽💕

Exactly no one is immediately a chef. It takes years of practice and some people haven't had the luxury of practicing since they were children. I was lucky my nana was a chef so I started out in the kitchen when I was little (with supervision and safety tools) but alot of my friends weren't allowed to. Which made learning delayed till they went to college.

I did see a vid where they both said they like crunchy red bell peppers which picked up the flavors of the dish and also added flavor to the meat .. and Trish was wishing she’d added some snap peas to the dish. So her veggie intake varies and she’s wayyy better than she used to be. Cook until the vegetables are tender then throw in fresh or frozen peas, just leave it covered 5 minutes and the peas are done, garnish with fresh parsley and serve with rice or French bread to soak up that delicious gravy!

Labor was completely different than I expected. Thankfully, much better! The best thing was the bond between my husband and I. Him holding a wet cloth on my head and helping the nurse with coaching pushes. Then watching his face as he popped out and cutting his cord and not taking his eyes off of him all the way to the moment they gave him to me for skin to skin. Then his daddy said 'hey buddy', and his little eyes open up so big and he was looking back for his dad because he recognized his voice! I can't wait for you two to experience this!!! You seriously just grew an ENTIRE HUMAN on your belly!!! There will be lots of endorphins firing afterwards, but PLEASE be sure to take the time when you get home to rest up good for a few days. Labor is a strenuous journey for both mama and baby, let your body rest up before feeling like you need to do anything else. She'll be here any time now!!!!!!! Eeek!!!!

I love that you've started cooking for you and your family! Some answers to your questions: The Better than Buillion paste that you bought is very good, and convenient. It can be a bit strong, so its always better to start with a little bit of it and add more if you'd like, and it helps to stir it into whatever liquid you're using. Cornstarch is used to thicken liquids. Make sure to stir this into a liquid really well to avoid lumps...I usually do a 1:2 ratio, so 1 tbsp cornstarch to 2 tbsp water. A simmer is sort of a boil, but its a light boil where just a few bubbles are popping at the top, where a rapid boil has tons of bubbles popping at the top. You usually don't want to do milk products at a rapid boil because it can cause it to curdle. Your roast and potatoes looked delicious!

Trish! :) I am so so proud and happy of how far you have come! Love you to pieces! And you and Moses have brought out the best in each other. You have really been good for him as well. But WOW! Love you and so happy how your journey has lead you to where you are. You are a great woman! I look forward to watching your growing family! Hugs :)
