Can we say that Trish has improved so much with her cooking. She is so ready to become a 1st time mommy. So proud of Trish and I have nothing bad to say about her. Practice makes perfect! And she has come along way since she has gotten pregnant and married. To me she is totally a different person for the good. This home, family life has done her well. Love Trish and wish her nothing but happiness and wealth!!
I'm just really happy to see her happier and healthier. I've been watching for many years now and there was a period where I really worried for her. Seeing her manifest the life she deserves through positive change give me hope that I can do the same thing. ❤ I'm also really happy how supportive most people are being. I'm hoping the more her content shifts the less haters and trolls gather in her comments etc.
Trish you're coming along so great. You could toss some baby carrots in with the meat as well. Very proud for you of your progress. Trish cooking with flavor and sauces is Chef's kiss. 👩🍳❤
So proud of her.💖 I can't believe this is the same woman who at one point wouldn't eat veggies. Better for baby better for mummy 👏Can we all just celebrate that growth.
You did great! As a chef, my tip would just to be careful with the bouillon. A little bit goes a long way or else it’ll be too salty. Especially with the celery salt. Corn starch thickens the sauce to make it unctuous and gravy-like. Looks delish! So proud of youuuu! Love you! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽💕
Exactly no one is immediately a chef. It takes years of practice and some people haven't had the luxury of practicing since they were children. I was lucky my nana was a chef so I started out in the kitchen when I was little (with supervision and safety tools) but alot of my friends weren't allowed to. Which made learning delayed till they went to college.
@@NightQueen01 yeah being from the south I grew up on roast & veggies, always with lots of flavor. That's what I was thinking. Its great that Trish is cooking now but that's a lot of fat in one meal , frying the meat in butter then adding half a block of butter to the potatoes!? If Trish has already got blocked arteries this really isn't going to help. Would be nice to see her do some healthy lower fat meals , be good for everyone, plus you don't need to give up on fatty foods completely
I find these cook-a-long videos so calming and the food always looks good even though it’s very different to how most people would cook in the U.K. (like how much better we’d add to mash)
It’s perfect Trish! I like to do almost the same but turn it into a complete meal; add chunks of carrot, bell pepper, celery, new potatoes, pearl onions and button mushrooms to the pan with the roast and gravy after it’s in there a few hours. Cook until the vegetables are tender then throw in fresh or frozen peas, just leave it covered 5 minutes and the peas are done, garnish with fresh parsley and serve with rice or French bread to soak up that delicious gravy!
Trish watching you grow into who you are today since I was a kid watching you myself I swear I’m so happy for you! You’re going to be an AMAZING mother

My mum also sometimes strains the drippings of roasts if she's making a side gravy. There's something about the meat fat that makes gravy more velvety. 🍲
You can mix all of your dry seasoning together in a bowl then add it so it's a little more evenly distributed. You can even mix up a larger amount and put it in a shaker so you have your own steak seasoning and don't have to worry about fishing out all of the seasonings every time.
The bouilllon needs to be dissolved in hot water first, then added to the dish. Also, you should season the steaks first then sear them. This way the flavour gets locked in. Omg I’ve had to edit this so many times!!! Too much rosemary and thyme!! Going to be some floral potatoes
