I translated the recipe from Hebrew for those who want:
"Chicken in the oven by Moshe's mother"
    Ingredients:
    4-6 pieces of chicken
    2 onions
    2 tomatoes
4 potatoes (but Moshe and Trisha put more)
1 clove of garlic cut into small cubes
A third cup of olive oil (but Moshe and Trisha put 2/3 bottle. I think it's better to go for something in the middle)
    Spoon full of honey
Tablespoon and a half sweet paprika
Half a tablespoon of hot paprika
Tablespoon of chicken flavored soup powder
    Half a tablespoon of cumin
    Half a tablespoon of turmeric
Salt and pepper (did not say how much)
    Preparation instructions:
Mix together in a bowl the honey, all the spices, garlic and olive oil, until a relatively uniform sauce is formed.
Dip the chicken pieces in the sauce, and place in a Baking dish.
Cut the potatoes into pieces about an inch thick, dip them in the sauce and place in the Baking dish.
Cut the tomatoes into rings and place over the chicken and potatoes.
Cut the onion into rings and place over the tomatoes.
Pour the remaining sauce on top of the onion and tomato. Cover the Baking dish and put in the oven.
They did not say from what heat the oven should be heated, so I recommend heating the oven according to the recipe you are familiar with.
Bake the chicken for an hour, then open the lid and transfer the potatoes to the top, over the chicken, and Dip the tomatoes and onions in to the sauce.
take out some of the sauce and sprinkle over the chicken pieces and potatoes.
Return to the oven for half an hour, uncovered.
If necessary, moisten the chicken and potatoes with the sauce.
    And that's it.
Wishing you good luck! Ayala from Israel

I made this and it was very good. I didn't have hot paprika so I used extra sweet, and I used a tablespoon of better than bouillon paste because I didn't have dry bouillon powder. The key to making this dish delicious is not to overcrowd your pan. If you do, the ingredients will steam vs get crispy and browned. A big and deep casserole dish is essential to making this size portion. I also made sure not to put any of the other ingredients on top of the chicken so the skins could crisp up. The chicken was very tender and delicious.

Tips for this recipe: put marinade in a ziplock, make 2 half inch deep slashes 1 inch apart in each piece of chicken at the meatiest point , add chicken and marinate for an hour or longer /overnight. This will get the marinade into the chicken better.
Bake covered half the marinade, chicken and onions at 250 degrees for 4 hrs. Yes 4 hrs. Add potatoes and tomatoes to chicken cover and cook another hour. Be sure to put potatoes in the rest of the marinade prior to baking.

Did anyone notice if salt was in the recipe? If not I would think it needs some. Otherwise I'm so glad Trisha is baking meals. It's super easy. You can bake rice too! Just add the called for amount of liquids to rice in a baking dish, cover and bake 30 minutes and great rice! I used to bake chicken with rice yum.

Ok it is now September 21st and I made this chicken and potatoes again… Im addicted! The flavors are so delicious! I put my own spin on it and cooked it in my hot air fryer to crisp it up a little more but , all the seasoning are the same! I put the potatoes in there with it! Going to be one of my regulars now 👍🏻
