Remember gentleman, sex is not a long term goal. It is not a goal at all. Focus on yourself and build wealth. All the effort put in to attract a woman instead should be channeled into a hobby or starting a business.

@@CB-hd4fi I have to disagree with you. When people say focus on your wealth / hobbies, I don’t think they are speaking about materialism. It is more like working on success so you feel satisfied as a man. The satisfaction you receive from achieving your goals will long surpass the temporary satisfaction of sex. Plus your success with wealth and joy you get from hobbies will never sleep with another dude lol
Women in general, simply love attention, they are emotional and hormonal so their mood can change very quickly. Happiness, fear, anger, sadness can all be experienced by a woman within the same hour. So they need a constant boost of self esteem by having low value men that will validate them on demand. High value men never orbit women, they chase his validation instead. If you guys need any help, just ask.

Can you advice how to keep a woman to chase us for our validation? No matter how many books i read or 3% book i still have no idea how to make a woman chase after me or how to be the best high value option in her eyes, im neither rich or have an extrovert life, im just and average guy i dont have much friends or a cool social circle, its not that i dont want a interesting social life but every circumstance make me to be a hideous introvert. Oh, and if you want a cinematic depiction of a woman and her orbiters, none better than Gone With the Wind, where at the start of the movie Scarlett O’Hara is surrounded by beta males willing to do anything for her. Who does she want? The one guy showing her no attention. In fact she throws herself at him. And then at the end, what were the iconic words that had her finally falling in love with Rhett Butler? “Frankly my dear, I don’t give a damn.” In other words, I have my own life and purpose. I can’t spend all my time worrying about you. That’s why the movie and the book were so popular. People responded to the realistic depiction of male/female dynamics.

I've just done this with a girl I've been seeing for about 4 months. I made it clear about my boundaries with her behaviour with guys at work. (We work together) and a couple of times I've had to pull her up on her behaviour. To which she agreed. She goes home for Christmas for 2 weeks which I supported . Then I pick her up from train station expecting to spend some time with her , in this time she tells me she's been on a hunt with a guy who's in the middle of a divorce. Then gets to early evening and she says she wants an early night. So I didn't react I just left but if she thinks she can give attention to other guys while away then chuck me out on first night back ' major siren going off' . So I just haven't text or called.

I had this problem with this woman that I _REALLY_ liked in the past and she seemed to like me too, but only wants to be friends with me. I should've broken it up right then and there and said : I don't want to be friends with you because I don't like you that way, but no I was a complete idiot and bought into her only wanting to be friends with me. Then we didn't talk to each other for 6 years and all of sudden she started following me back on social media, but now she's dating someone else. I almost fell for her again but this time, I decided I wasn't gonna make the same mistakes again and just rejected her offer to be friends with me and moved on.

There's an interesting animation movie I watched back then, in the movie there's a girl who can charm every men in the world, one day by accident she met an adventurer, and she fell in love with him because he's the only man whom she can't charm. The guy cares for her but he has a goal, and as a man, he puts his goal first. At the ending, they separated, the girl said "I have one last request for u, don't say goodbye when you leave." and the guy said "See you again another time." It sounds weird because it's just an animation, but I think it teaches men better than some tv dramas where men act like beta males and creeps to get a girl and the girl is the center of attention. Men shouldn't put getting women as his first priority, it should be his goals IMO

What are you best suggestions for those of us that deal with High Functioning Anxiety disorders, and subsequent depression?
I'm a successful small business owner, and an avid hunter(100+ days a year). Being busy has never been a problem for me, in fact, my condition doesn't really allow me to be anything but.
I struggle with relationships(personal, and professional) more than any other areas of my life. I overthink everything. I'm a very logical thinker, but to some people, my opinions come off as arrogance, or my assumptions come from a place of fear or weakness.
I've recently(4 months) started CBT therapy, and medication, but I find myself still struggling, and recently lost a good woman because of it.
Any advice is appreciated. Thank you.

She got pissed and said that I embarrassed her and wouldn’t date anyone else like that, her previous boyfriend had a problem with it as well I suppose. Anyhow, now she said she wants to “take a break” and cut off contact. I asked if we could talk tonight, but she said she has plans. I’m afraid I’ll lose her again, but I’m not sure what we’re doing anyhow. Any ideas?
How to deal with an unresponsive but orbiting girl on Instagram?
I met her in a coffee shop approached her, got her Instagram name, and texted her 1 week later (no double texting!) to meet up. After initial 1-2 DMs exchanges the same day, she didn’t open the last message on purpose. You can see the message in your notifications without opening the message. I said to myself fine, I won’t chase her (no liking, not checking her stories). That was 1,5 weeks ago. But since day one she followed me back, she keeps checking out my Instagram stories, while ignoring my last DM. Should you hide your stories or let them watch? I don’t see the point of ignoring my last message, but having the time to watch my stories. On the other hand, hiding your stories or even unfollowing her may close the door to her, as she would interpret it as something negative like lost his cool.
Now she wrote me back after 1,5 weeks (in the evening): basically telling me the BS story that she didn't see the DM. She gave me a vague answer where I could meet her (same coffee shop). I responded the next morning (16th of October) in a friendly manner and asked which days and times she would be there. No reply to my last message again since Friday morning. And again, she keeps checking my Instagram stories within minutes while I ignore her content (no checking her stories or liking, etc).
She is young and has many thirsty orbiters. What's the best way to handle this. The same way the dude in the video "she wasn't interested". I am also thinking that not having her number is putting me at a disadvantage. Thanks for your replies.
Well the first thing you’ve got to do is stop thinking so much about this stuff. It’s not that complicated. Like coach says “She’s either in or she’s out. You don’t want someone on the fence. You’re ant someone jumping over fences to be with you.” Go date other women and forget her. Just cause she views your content doesn’t mean shit. You even watched a girl go through her phone? It’s insane the amount of crap they can scroll through. Date other women and work on your goals/passions.
