EASY ENGINE POLISH METHOD FOR ROYAL ENFIELD MOTORCYCLES | CHROME MAINTENANCE

- In this video, Amit shares his experience on polishing his motorcycles engine, which after a long ride had water marks and the shine also faded away.
General steps followed in this video-
1. Pressure wash for Royal Enfield Classic 350 Chrome Bronze. This step removed all the major dirt on the motorcycle.
2. The Metal Polish was applied numerous times.
3. The applied area was thoroughly rubbed with a
clean cotton cloth until the desired shine was achieved.

There is no fix interval, whenever i feel, its catching dust which may scratch even with microfibre.
Wax- After two-three pressure wash
Polish- only when the shine fades.
Chain Clean and Lube- 500-800km range
Pressure wash- anything in excess is harmful.
Generally, I stick to normal tap water wash. Pressure wash whenever the bikes more dirty and specially in places where hand wont fit

I've just purchased royal enfield genuine metal polish 250 gm for 875 rupees for my chrome bronze 😁.
The video is good. And helpful. But don't wash the bike many times in a month cause it will fade out the paint but wipe the dust with microfiber cloth and then spray the water a bit with and clean with microfiber cloth. It'll keep the bike shine and color for longer.

Polish cuts a very thin layer on the clear coat which turns shiny and wax adds a layer over the clear coat which acts as a protection

Chain clean and lube every 800-1200 km when i feel the need
and for metal polish, theres no specific time
I just do that when i see water marks or feel that the shine’s gone

Both are different segment bikes
Dominar 400 has double the power and more torque to offer but at higher RPMs.
Both will have a completely different riding experience.
So, I recommend you to take a test ride of both the vehicles.
Also, if you are considering Dominar 400
I’ll also suggest to have a look into Interceptor/continental as well.
