    I am seeing this video first time rishab but i really loved it. I am an HR and I totally agree with you for this. I myself had fought with HR for compliance, fun part is many HR after passing the knowledge are adamant for changing the policy or process.

    True, so many things in salary slip and every year changing.
    Like in previous year we don't have a bonus column and now we have it and that also included in our ctc instead that should be given at the year end as a bonus amount

      5lakh / 12 tak koi deduction nahi assuming koi additional income nahi hai to, isse jyada pe bhi zero ded ho sakta hai agar investment kiya ya insurance kharidi

    Sir abhi market me ek latest fraud chal rha hai , Pvt. companies employees k salary account me as per delhi govt order salary deti hai but unse fir cash me le leti hai ....
    Is this right or wrong ?
    *As per my opinion :- basically company apne cost ko bachane k liye aisa krti hai but aisa sirf fresher k sath max 6-12 months tak hona chahiye .....after training period unko bhi current market value k according package dena chahiye

    Dear Rishabh Sir, I wish to highlight a troublesome issue, being faced by many employers for last few years. These days, the workers demand full daily wages at the day end, and do not agree to any kind of deduction like PF, ESI etc. They want a pay which includes effect of all benefits included, without any commitment or binding. Today they worked for you, tomorrow, they'll work for some other employer. Already facing scarcity of workers, employer has no other option but to employ such freelancers. In this scenario, how can statutory obligations like PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity etc. be complied with? Pls do share your views. Thanks.

      @@LabourLawAdvisor No ESI even if more than 10 employees?
      Sir, if an establishment already covered under PF act, but now current employees strength is 7 (Hence not covered under ESI). So now if they employ another 5 daily wagers above Rs 700/-, will they still be required to register under ESI?
      Secondly, how to show daily wagers in Muster roll n POW register? Pls enlighten.

    Cleared all tech rounds of highly reputed firm and If HR of a very very reputed firm says, please consult GOOGLE for understanding IT exemptions, then what to do? If the HR says first join then you will get to know more about these points… need your help Rishabh Ji

    Rishabh sir ek baar HR Master file kaise nanaey aur usmen kya kya information rakhen management ko reporting k liye kya important hai, aur kaun se docs ie. Appointment letter, Joining letter , promotion letter ko merge karana aur according Master ko update kary etc.

    There is one question for you. If someone resigns from an organization, then can the organization change the salary structure of that employee, and pay him / her salary according to the reduced salary structure without informing.

    sir i am stuck in a circle
    In the month of April 26 ,2022 maine join kari company and he says ki mujhe 1st month 10000 milega 2nd month 11000 salary milega and 3rd month 12000 salary milega
    Sir my company is giving me 10000 as per (4day /30 day ) that was for the month or April
    Unhone mujhe 10000 ke hisaab se salary diya
    And after May month ka bhi 10000 ke hisaab se salary diya hai ..
    Iss that right ??

    I have one question...By CTC structure are we being deceived or anything? because the cost to company is calculated how much the company is spending on us. if rate based contract is there then that will be net pay or gross pay after that the company will calculate their CTC but not make it a part of contract. can you please clarify.....thank you.
