I had to stop ten seconds into the video to tell you that I ADORE your low-poly retro 3D intro.
//Edit after watching more// Good lord this is just the most beautifully produced rules video I've ever watched. Bravo.
I still play this TCG with family and friends sometimes, was lucky enough to get into it at summer camp when I was young, and have a lot of the base sets, shame it never took off, its fun, and has simple mechanics but still enough strategy to stay interesting.
This was so enjoyable and exciting to watch! Loved the production using nostalgic art and sounds, the clarity of your voice and explanations, and the professional quality of the video. Hopefully a greatly used resource for newcomers to HPTCG. Thank you so much for your contribution to the community!
Is there an online play?
These tutorials are Art!
You should totally cover Dark Age - Feudal Lords!
The production value and clarity of this video is insane. Sad to see there are only two videos on this channel and that they were both posted a year ago. I've been watching "how to play" videos for a while now and this is by far the best. I'm sure a video like this for Pokémon TCG or Magic the Gathering would blow up. Even doing board game rule video would be great too. I'm hoping you make more!

Get that normie schlock out of here
I just discovered that i have tons of cards from this game and i just searched about how to play it even if it is dead. So i discovered this amazing stuff! What a video! I just subscribed!
The production quality! You'd think YOU were the game's publisher lol so great!
Do you have your own business creating videos like this? I've always wanted to create my own card game, if i ever do, would you be in business to do this for a client?
Amazing video! Great production quality in sound and visuals, great nostalgic feel, and really easy to follow and thorough explanation of game play. Well done.
I remember going to a release event with two cousins (brothers). We were kids and I was the oldest. They liked HP and had cards. I never saw the movies and had no cards (played Pokémon and started DBZ and MTG at the time). I used their leftover cards to make a green and pink deck. The only other people there was an adult couple who had like 2 binders full of cards and every card. One traded the Cerberus to one cousin as he always wanted it, or he opened it in a pack he won, I forget. When it came time to playing I always destroyed my cousins as they focus on creatures, and I think I beat the couple most of the time but one of them won. I am still proud how I took leftover cards and made a sweet deck. I wonder how that HP crazy couple are doing from time to time.
I remember seeing really corny commercials for this tcg back in the day. I really wanted to get into it, but sadly no one at school played it.
Absolutely loved this video. It's Christmas time and I was reminded of this card game as one of my favorite gifts I ever got as a kid. I played this game so much that my family didn't want to play anymore because I bugged them so much about it (also Fluffy was extremely OP). I sadly lost all the cards when we ended up moving to a new house, but this was a nice stroll down memory lane. Thank you.
Incredible video. Easy to follow and well explained! I'd love to see more HP videos with this style.
10 years ago i used my enlistment bonus to drop $500 on 3 booster boxes for this game. I wish i had gotten gen 1 pokemon cards instead, but it was an impulse buy. Ive got hundreds of these cards including a bunch of the holofoil ones, and i never even look at them anymore. But pokemon tcg generation 1 will always make me happy.
Your content is gold! Please keep making TCG Tutorials! :)
Absolutely love your channel! You will have to keep it going to support and introduce new players to tcg's old AND new!
Your channel deserves more attention and subs ❤️
Brilliant video. Subscribed!
Awesome, Thanks a lot!
This video is incredible 👏🏼
excelent explanation! thanks a lot!!!
Fantastic explanation and animation!
Thank you so much for this! I bought a literal bucket of these cards for 20 bucks, I'm so excited to be able to play!
Very nice video.
really impressive esp for a long dead game, very helpful
Excellent video! Really well put together. Recently got some bulk from one of my friends and I’ll be building a few decks. One question, do you lose when you can’t draw a card? As in, can you play with no deck left? Or is it as soon as you draw the last card and have an empty deck, you lose?
Great video. It seems really strange to me that to play creatures, spells etc that you need the correct number of lessons but they can be drawn from any lesson type and only one needs to be the same as the creature, spell type? Is this definitely correct?
Hey, curious where you got the images for the cards used in the video
nice video, it is a pity that the starter decks are not so well thought out
Why did they canceled this game? It was the most fun! :(
Nice esp with timestamps. Not interested in action cards. Just the overall outline. Had some cards before as a kid (no idea what happened to my cards) but never played. Good to know this to compare with other card games like yugioh (which still has no resource thingy), pokemon, etc.
Also RIP channel?
Needs a revival so badly
Hi, could you tell me how "Web Wrap" of naxxramas raid deck works? It says "On your turn the Boss deals 3 damage to attached character" (pls google the card)
Who's turn? The boss turn or the turn of the attached characters owner? Please help, I can't find anything about it!
