Loved the video. It's been years since I've been to Saltburn. That cornish pasty was a whopper! Glad you enjoyed it. I wonder if you would try one of the sweet pasties, or do you prefer savoury? It must have been a relief when you got your microphone back, they are so expensive to replace.
Hi and thanks for you kind comments and yes next time I go back I might try the sweet pasties as I do like both , at the time I was panicking with the loss of my microphone and couldn't believe it when a gentleman found it for me .
Hiya Kevin, I thought they were "Tiddy" Ogies. 🤨But no matter. As you know I'm a late starter, and playing catch-up. And funnily I've checked out a few other Pasties with Food Review Club, and more recently Greeno Eats. WOW wot a whopper 😮😳and with the proper crimping crust. ( made that thick and shaped for the miner's to save getting their food covered in the grime of the pit. They were then just thrown away 😋🤗) Now I know times change, as do people's tastes. Have see it in & on other food items. But stick in the mud me, well stuck in the past. Sounds better. The original, and still the best will do for me ☺️😋☺️👍. Oh by the way Sue missed one vital ingredient, loads and loads of pepper. ( have been told some folk use a sprinkle of Nutmeg🤔) Entertaining video ( if only for your shirt 👚🫣Allan&Family
Thanks for your comments and also saw a lady detecting down on the beach , do you still detect ! I havnt been looking for fossils but am interested in them and yes the pasty was awesome.
@@thedurhamvlogger Flippant comment I know...I do apologise...I lived in Devon for 15 years and we ate Ginsters all the time...hot with ketchup and cold in the bag when you were driving somewhere...Still love them today...They have some spice in them too...pepper or something...but they are lovely...Microwave them in the bag with a small hole to keep the moisture in them and the pastry is greasy and soft...Thanks for the channel and vids...Have fun
Wow what a beautiful place and what a fantastic pasty. Love your videos and the music you put to them.
