Taste test. Bielefelder vs American Bresse

WE have had some requests to do a video taste testing on a Bielefelder vs American Bresse. We have both breeds on our farm. They are both excellent breeds to have on the farm. :) Both are very friendly although neither like to be held much. Not lap chickens lol. We believe in raising our chickens in an environment that allows them to be chickens (within certain limits due to predators). They have a lot of room to run and forage. We have tractored Cornish Cross in the past and that has worked well for us too. I have both those breeds and Copper Marans. I was waiting for you to bite in and do a texture and taste test also 😂
I've only eaten the Bresse so far and they are a good meat. Like you said, dark meat legs. Good texture and flavor.
