First, ask yourself why it is important for the mixer shelf to be flush with the rest of the counter? My wife is 5'4" and basically had to stand on her toes to peer down into the bowl of her mixer when it was sitting on the counter. It's actually an advantage for the mixer to sit lower than counter level. That said, if you want it to sit even with the counter, you'll need to select a suitable shelf thickness to serve as a "spacer". Measure carefully to ensure the shelf/spacer doesn't make the mixer sitting too high when in the "down" position. Another option is to remove your drawer, and attach the facing of the drawer to lower cabinet door - essentially creating a false drawer. You'll still need to carefully select the thickness of the shelf if you want it to sit even with your counter. Good luck with it.
That's just so cool ..!!!!! 💯
What is the width of your cabinet?
I do want this but every under cabinet has a drawer so how can I get it to go up flush over the drawers
