Thanks for this. I started working at a rental shop about 6 months ago and I was surprised how badly maintained the stand was. The top tube, base and other bolts were all loose and it was wobbling all over the place. We have a fleet of about 300 ebikes and they've had that stand for 5 or so years now. Recently took the time to take the whole thing apart and service the stand but just had to figure the thing out. Watching this is just confirming the work I did. Thanks!

Oy. I love Park Tool, I have several pieces. But... can we call a duck a duck? If you need annual maintenance this extensive, I'd say a re-design or enhancement is in order.

Not all of this is needed annually. But, it is good to check all of these areas of the stand before using it day in and day out every day of the year to earn a living. Quack
