About as "obvious" as how the poor schmuck booked for killing the chemist was the one whose name happened to coincide with the chemist's latest experiment. Because I would expect a dying chemist, having the time to write out five chemical names, chose to do so rather than just write out his killer's name in plain-text.

Pazelloxu The "correct" answers to these so-called riddles are ridiculous. Standing on a pile of dirt is less provable than using the shovel as a means to reach the window. Dirt is unstable, the jail guards will obviously notice the huge pile of dirt being accumulated, and digging so much dirt is very arduous; yeah right!! someone without food and water is going to dig this much dirt in a dry and hot cell. It is easier to either stand on a shovel stick or dig a 5 foot tunnel by the wall in order to escape.

To the first question, I think he used the shovel as a way to reach the window. They said it was hot and dry, meaning the ground would be fairly hard, allowing him to possibly stand on the shovel without it sinking completely into the floor.

No I did not! How did the mailman know that nobody in the house would read a newspaper on Wednesday or Thursday? Unless he knew it because he already killed him. But otherwise he knew him well enough to know that he won’t read a newspaper on Wednesday or Thursday so killed him and reported his body on Friday I’m not so sure about that. ;(

I got 6 of 7 right the one that stumped me was the serial killer + pills riddle but after going back I don't think that you're solution is valid since the problem implied that one of the pills was in fact poisonous. The only answer I could come up with that was somewhat consistent with the facts was that the killer was the one who chose the pill since from my understanding the victims having a say in which pill he takes is an assumption that is never explicitly stated in the riddle.

mail man drops the paper off everyday. the last paper he got was on tuesday. the milkman continues to drop milk off everyday since that tuesday since there was 3 bottles at the scene one for each day up to friday. yet the mail man stopped delivering the paper until friday which would conclude that the killer was the mail man.

I don't understand why at 5:40 they'd state that one of the pills was poisonous, and the other was harmless, then go on to say they're both harmless, and that the water they drank was poisonous. That's not a riddle, it's blatantly incorrect information.

Joel Acevedo they stated that because that is what the serial killer told the victims, to some people it might seem as incorrect info, but to others it makes perfect sense (I just watch too many crime shows for my own good). What I'm curious about though is what would happen if instead of the victim drinking the water they dry swallowed the pill, how would the serial killer react?
