I’ve been riding 48 years I’m 68 years old I bought my dream bike a 2012 Goldwing fully dressed touring from a retired motorcycle shop owner. On my way home with the bike within 30 minutes I was rear-ended 50 miles an hour at a red light. Waiting seven months for parts. Watching your videos I just love you. I probably won’t do a lot of the servicing on the bike but I’m good mechanically and the CZcams video actually on tea PMS lights is going to be very helpful when I get the bike back. I was rear ended on October 1, 2022 I registered the bike on October 12, 2022 after writing it around testing it out myself before repairs I took my wife on an hour and a half trip on interstate 95 from Delray Beach Florida to Stuart Florida. I’m not a crazy motorcyclist but just to see how it cruised I got up to 100 miles an hour for 15 seconds. After being rear ended on the motorcycle with no repairs done the only thing wrong with the motorcycle on that 100 mile an hour Cruz was that the fourth speaker surroundsound stereo was too loud lol. I’d like your high viz. light weight jacket please tell me where I can purchase this. And I’m gonna be looking for a better rain gear my major is so baggy it’s ridiculous. I love your channel. You’re so knowledgeable more than any other. You give true reviews of products. I went from never watching CZcams to watching you on CZcams every single day I check in or I watch old videos my name is Jeff last initial K Delray Beach Florida
Good advise for getting your bike to an manageable level . I’ve been detailing bikes for many years and have to say the mainstay of my practice on motorcycles is steam cleaning. It’s wonderful for removing bugs without aggressive chemicals and cleaning the nooks and crannies of motorcycles. Steam it with wet steam and blow dry with the air compressor. Then buff with a ceramic quick wax. Done!
When I picked up my 2019 Wing (gently used), first thing I did was take her to a detail shop; claybar’d, wet sanded, buffed like a babies bottom, then PPF over ever forward facing surfaces - yes even the windscreen. When I sold her, she actually looked better than a new 2021 on the showroom floor and I pocketed $1500 over the purchase price but my mods were never intended to increase resale value 😉
This is off subject from your video. I think it would be great if you made a way for people to perches one or two videos at a time. I really needed a video you made I could not afford the hole set but would have been happy to pay $10 or $15 for a video. Just something too think about.
White bikes are easier to make look clean .candy colors and black are much more difficult due to scratches and imperfections showing ...careful what you attempt to teach. Pan is very knowledgeable.
