Looks better than Game Of Thrones so far. I hope they re-edit GOT to make it more book accurate like HOTD. Make the GOT dragon skulls black, etc.

I dunno, it dosen't seem to have that dark authentic grit GOT had. More like season 5-7, instead of 1-4, and if my worst fears come through, the dreaded 8th.

He is a Velaryon, not a Targaryen. He is black cause he has a mother from the Summer isles, as the Velaryons are navigators, and a Velaryon took a Summer Isles woman and wed her. The Velaryons come from Valyrian as well (they were a liege house of the Targaryens) but were not dragonriders.
So watch a great series to see the writers and directors screw it up again.
The source material for this series is already fully written by GRRM, whereas David & Dan had to improvise the last few seasons of GOT since the last book was never finished.

Actually that’s not true because aegon the 4th made all his bastards legitimate on his death bed so he actually repopulated the Targaryen blood line so it’s not her fault all the targayens died off because there were more after her including her 2 sons with deamon
What's funny is that this was based on the book and the book says she was the legitimate Heir by law. The Hightowers userped her Throne and caused the war.
So far the show has been faithful to the book's premise. 😂
