    Why are you moving forward in a 'strange' way at the walking section?

      Monkeytail when doing loaded carries and people take short choppy steps they tend to compensate a lot (low back, hips sliding out, etc.), by doing the walking marches it becomes more challenging and it creates better core position as well makes you stabilize the hip.
