You don't understand how much this helps, people don't pay a lot of attention to handball and there's very little information on how to train and what helps most in our form. Unlike other sports you have to search very little to find information about the same moment, but sadly not with handball :(
thx so much for the video it mae my day when i see the thing that i asked for thank you so much
Been waiting for this🙏🙏
Love your content miller! Have done you football workouts but it is nice to get a specific workout as a handball player. Could you share the benchmarks that we handballplayers should strive for like running times, vertical jump and strength goals. All positions have different need but I’m talking about the 9m players because im one of them. Keep up the good work😊 sorry if my English is bad because I’m from Sweden
Is it also possible for you to make a guid how to increase single leg vertical while running because a lot of the plyometric work is with 2 feet and the other single leg ones is almost less twitchy as you are weaker and can’t preform the same exercises as you do with 2 feet. Most of the single leg work you start from a low position but when you jump in handball you almost always jump with a leg very close to straight and yous the momentum you have and change it. Would be great if you make a guide how to use the momentum that is horizontal to make it vertical.
Could you do strenght training for field hockey
I'm still not sure what this sport is even with that little glimpse but I like how you listen to your audience when they make requests
Dane could do a bit better on introducing sports ^^ Just the basis of it like field size, how many on the field, feet/hands/equipment sport, and how to score, and maybe very very basic tactics.
Kinda excited for this, Dane talking about a sport DANES invented :P And unlike the English and football, Danes are pretty good at handball :D

It would be cool if the app had specific training for police officers, firefighters, military personnel and special operations.
He did a video on it once
