Thank you, Lonnie. Great video. I have the 345 model ... same FD590V 18 hp Kawasaki liquid cooled engine. Your videos (removal and installation are excellent). Only problem I have is, the sleeve for 1 of the 10mm bolts for the manifold spin (or stripped) so I can't get the manifold out and therefore the carburetor. Argh. Engine starts and runs fine. After about 10 min, starts surging and will eventually quit. Push it up to Choke mode, and it seems to run semi-fine but at a little lower power. Have replaced fuel pump, filters, and lines. I think all it needs is a good carb cleaning. I'll figure something out eventually. Again, thanks for the great videos.

You can push up on the bottom of the bolts as you are taking them out. This method is best done while the bolt is being turn continuously while pushing up from the bottom of bolt.

Hi, can you confirm what engine this is for?

      I think it's a Briggs & Stratton 18.5. I don't have the mower here right now.
