Briggs and Stratton 24HP V-Twin Full Carburetor Cleaning

In this video I am cleaning out a carburetor from a 24HP Briggs and Stratton V-Twin Lawnmower engine. Carburetor was causing a surge in the engine. I show the linkages, removal of the carburetor and how to disassemble and clean the carburetor.

Helpful for sure.the white float bowl piece refuses to come out of my float bowl.Also what does the solenoid in the float bowl do?

I think it cuts the fuel on and off... I've heard it called an anti-backfire solenoid as well...
Try soaking the carburetor in some cleaner. That float bowl should come off without a lot of effort.
